Not my week.. Have 5 closers, 2 of which had save situations earlier and their manager went with different pitchers since they'd pitched in non-save situations earlier in the week so he figured they were tired.

That and my hitting decided to shit the bed while Jake gets a career week out of Donaldson.. 51 points in 5 days when he'd only been at 197 all year.

Looks like I'm back to getting everyone's best week again. Guess it's payback for winning the football league when everyone did terrible against me.

And, of course, Wil Myers gives me a big "penetrate you" by hitting a HR in the 1st against Scherzer.. 9 point swing from one pitch

Yeah, even a loss won't hurt me much. Could be worse, could be out of playoff contention before the halfway mark

Hell of a fight you put up, Jake. Harrison came through in the clutch for me and Taillon couldn't handle the Cubs. I would have held on to him had I known he'd be right back up, crazy how that worked out.

I think he's a great player, especially in DFS. But, it's hard to use him when he's still sharing the catcher role.
Which doesn't mean I wouldn't entertain offers, if you want to talk further.

Why? He's listed at catcher so he can be used there regardless of if he's actually catching or DH'ing. Which gives him a big advantage over most catchers, since he plays much more often.

Looking like a 6 person race to the playoffs. gryfyn and shark will need to do a lot of work to make up ground. Especially since gryfyn gets the week where all of my top starters get 2 starts.

you seem to play me when all my pitchers have 2 starts. Although I'm not complaining. Then I get screw when I play the pothead. I would of rather strausburgh not come off til monday but no way in hell I'm not playing him. Maybe I can get the 500 points you have hit a couple times. You still have the best team but the schedule has been against you. I have the same problem in a cbs league.

Cozart is tearing it up.. glad I picked him back up. 3 HR's the last 3 days and 25 points so far.

Had picked up Glasnow thinking he'd be called up but after no word decided to drop him for LeBlanc tonight. Glasnow is starting on Thursday so hopefully that doesn't come back to bite me, but the Astros aren't too great against lefties so should be a solid pick up.

Yeah, though plenty of time left for you. My hitting is winning it for me, which is rare. Also hurt that the Tigers blew Verlander's W tonight. Could have gotten 5 from him, another 5 for K-Rod's save, then the extra points for K-Rod's inning and however many K's he had.

Their shitty bullpen could have cost me around 15 points, could be huge by the end of the week.

long season and I did not even look at my team for 2 months..I've come to the conclusion that baseball is too much of a time commitment having to set your lineup daily..I prefer football where only 1 game/week

I do apologize for not being on the ball the first 2 months

HOWEVER, after reading a few snide comments from astros and yourself, I want to shove it down your throats now...LONG season and still a lot of games to be played

not my fault that I can judge talent..guy is only 25 and has been hampered by injuries..
