Piss poor effort from Reds not hitting Morton. I don't think Morton is that much.

That was a great series between the Reds & Pirates.

Now the dreaded West Coast for the Reds.

It looks like Jordy Mercer has finally taken over for Clint Barmes in Pittsburgh.

I really like this move and definitely saw it coming sooner rather than later.

Mercer has a good stick with some decent pop and plays a solid shortstop.

So much for Barmes and his $5 million salary. Not a nice ROI to say the least...

If Pedro doesn't win Player of the Week, I'll be shocked.

I really like this Ben Revere for the Phillies. Wouldn't be surprised to see him hit over .300 this year.

I also believe he's 4th in the NL with 20 stolen bases.

Jeremy Hefner, right now the most consistent guy in the Mets rotation.

It's been 32 years since the Pittsburgh Pirates had 4 players named to the All-Star Game.

Andrew McCutchen, Jason Grilli, Pedro Alvarez and Jeff Locke will represent the Buccos in the 2013 All-Star Game.

They all really deserve to represent the NL.
