Interested to see the number for Bama/UGA saturday. Factors in favor of UGA is they prolly have more "talent" than we do(more guys to play on Sunday in significant roles). Also the game is in the GA Dome(awesome venue) which is in their own backyard. Now with that said, even though its sounds like an advantage to UGA, Alabama travels well(will be there myself) and Alabama is prolly more techniquely sound compared to UGA. To beat Alabama, a team has to be able to control the clock and run the ball(see Texas A&M). Not sure Gurley and Marshall are the backs to get the job done. When its all said and done, Alabama will win but Im not sure a score. Could see a number around 6.5 and a total at 52-53?

Nice write up, wish I could be in America for this game (used to live in Hartselle, but living in Brazil, right now).

Hartselle beat my high school Alma Mater(Fort Payne) in the playoffs a couple of weeks ago. Ive got some good family friends who are from Hartselle, who moved to Fort Payne, and have since moved back. Tickets are going to be HIGH and Im not looking forward to it, however they wont sniff NC tickets if we play Notre Dame. Those folks are crazier about their football team than Alabama fans are.

in my experience, both 5Dimes and Legends are outstanding options. depends upon the sports that you're into. 5Dimes more variety, but can't beat Legends reduced juice Fridays.

weather blows and Stanford as conservative as George Will's summer reading list. now, admittedly, i got a bad number. it's now 28'

i don't want to get heavier on this one after the line move, but if i could have Tree TT under 28' right now i'd be happy. first of all, Stanford could've easily gotten stuck in 20-24 range in last week's game. weather is gonna lead to Stanford bleeding clock from early on, i think. UCLA won't be able to throw and Stanford doesn't want to. still think we're looking at something like Tree, 21-17/23-14. Stanford at -2' is solid. but with their style of play, they are not a great bet to cover 2 scores in this spot. however, i've been wrong plenty.

yeah, as i recall, two of Stanford's scores were a little fluky and at the very least could've been FGs instead of TDs.

Stanford may not have to score more than 26 to win. man i wish i had 28'. read it wrong.
