Several plays for tomorrow night...I respect y'all opinions and I've decided not to roll with Benoist especially in light of his recent tragedy.
First play is on Buddy Roberts..Everything I have seen on Caio has lead me to believe his wrestling is not very good and he achieves his takedowns by basically out-sizing his opponents..this will not work on the 6'2 Roberts who I think fought as high as heavyweight..I also question Caio's cardio if he is getting sprawled constantly..Could Magalhaes hit a rolling ankle lock and tap him?Maybe...but I like the Jackson fight with more diverse striking to take it to him over the course of 3 rounds..I'll say Buddy Roberts win via unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 30-27)
Second play is Eddie Wineland..I'll start by saying I'm just not a believer in Jorgenson's skills..his striking is slow and plodding and his takedowns are telegraphed and based solely on power..lucky for him he's a powerful dude and it's carried him thus far...Wineland got beat up on by Benavidez but there is no shame in that...he took the beating of a lifetime and still kept coming..he also stuffed a good deal of Faber's takedowns in the first portion of that fight...I think Wineland has an ever improving skill set and better wrestling than he's given credit for where as I think Jorgenson has already hit the top of his potential..I think this is Wineland's fight to lose...I'll say Wineland wins via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28. 29-28) *** I will also be playing Wineland +3.5 if it opens under -160.
Third play is one that you might wanna take a picture of since it's prolly the biggest favorite I played since I've been on here. This is gonna be short explanation cause there's really only 2 ways this fight goes...I think Silva is much better than -185 hence the play..I think Silva will be too fast on the counters for Brenneman and catch him early and put him away...I'll say Erick Silva wins via KO (Knee and punches)
Last play is on McCall...I'm going to make this play now because I really think this is gonna shift closer to a PICK as the week moves along..as for the analysis I made this same play 3 months ago and my feelings haven't changed after their first fight in which I feel strongly that McCall was jobbed out of...I'm going out a limb tho..I'll say Ian McCall wins via TKO(punches)
Yea I even am giving exact score totals now
...I get super specific when I'm stoned it seems.
