I'm confused by those that put emphasis on how cut a fighter is, or how "good" they look at the weigh-ins. Is there a correlation between how a fighter looks and how they perform that I am unaware of?

Phil Baroni may have one of the best physiques in MMA....do you guys bet him based on that?

How about Kongo? That guy looks amazing....like a damn gladiator throwback from Rome in 100 B.C.

Or Tito, he is always rock solid, right?

Akiyama? Jason Macdonald? Tavares?

I could do this all day.....

I would say the majority of fighters look ripped at the weigh-ins. But wtf does that have to do with their future performance? Who actually makes this a factor in their fight analysis, and why?

Just curious.

Point is Kawajiri will likely have a strength advantage here. Obviously size/strength is one of many factors to consider.

Underdogs have been doing so poorly in Strikeforce main cards, and in all MMA as a whole. So I'm rather hesitant about putting money on Kawajiri and Daley even though I think they have a much better shot than their odds seem to say.

push unless you had a prop bet, then it could potentially be scored a loss. Bodog has their props all weighed against each other, and draw is one of the options.
