WIth you on Toronto, but opposite balty. Shields has been super unlucky this year (BABIP, LOB%, HR/FB%), so in my eyes, he's a bit undervalued. Tillman is an interesting case as his FB velocity is up considerably this year than in the past. Played the under in TB as well.
