What are your suggestions for NFL and NBA. I would love to hear your advice.

I never really bet on nfl. For nba i have a chase system in mind, but i need to ckeck all statistics first. Also last year someone put up a nice 4Q live betting system. I really would love to play this, but all games are played @ night (european time) which makes it hard to follow every game live during the whole season. I really liked the idea of the system, as i had a similiar thing in mind. It was profitable aswell.
I wont play NFL at all. There is some time till the NBA season starts...time to think about what im going to do.

Still "my sport" is soccer, maybe i will start betting more serious on soccer after the MLB season. But first in need to finish the baseball season, there are still a few weeks left...

Trying to convert from American to Decimal is confusing. I read it as Less than +100 would be a play only if balty was greater than $2.00.

lines on covers indicates if its a play or not. Line on covers was +100 so Baltimore wasnt a system play. If anyone played it they would have won anyway...

+100 or more means, its a play if the line is 2,00 or even greater (for european odds)
