Because you are NOT helping anyone, as this method is doomed to fail, and some rookie may follow you thinking you discovered the Holy Grail. This method does not even involve any handicapping and is totally depended on a temporary anomely that is due to the fact that favorites have overperformed so far this year. Once the dogs start winning, this system will lose.

So I am actually trying to help YOU out and suggest you abandon this rubbish. The only way to win at gambling is to play on value, and I could guarantee that blindly playing the biggest chalk on the board evey day with no handicapping has a -EV in the long run.

I don't think it's worth it anymore. I was willing to crunch the numbers to see for myself and he's unwilling to listen to our results. All he needs to do is create the spreadsheet plug in the wagers, percentages, potential wins vs losses and the end result. If that isn't the first thing you do with any strategy it's doomed to fail. It's like buying a business without seeing the financials at all.

This is off-topic. But I wanted to say thank you to LT for your time and effort. I remember back when I had just started sports betting and I too was like this guy. I had some perfect way to get rich in one season. But you showed me how wrong I really was. I appreciate it because it saved me a lot of money and helped me learn.

apparently this system appears very appealing..its very basic and pretty simple..but evidently this bettor isn't taking into account what happens when he loses after laying -225 to win 100 lets say for the sake of the argument...that means he would have to get three heavy ML favs in a row just to cover his first loss! I am not against heavy favs, but I would feel a lot better losing with the promise of getting some value in a game instead of loading up with the possibility of a huge loss...plus all it takes is a few losses with these heavy favs to take a significant hit from whatever profit you are making from the winners..youngsc is making a similar argument to what i am against this system...the wins may come right now but how many times have we seen the ML way off with a heavy fav based purely on past reputation instead of the game that day! One loss or more does you in so thats all I have to say about that...

take value where you can find it, but once again I am not against heavy ML favs except when they backfire horribly and destroy the supposed "lock" of the day!!!!
