Question regarding MLB Plu$$$. On 5/3/2011 the series NYY vs Detroit...The system play was NYY ML -160 and NYY RL +105 Sabathia vs Penny. This was the highest juice MLB Plu$$$ has played on the ML to date. Up to that point (I'm not 100% sure on this) all system plays were either "+" or "even" on the ML. In the end, it all worked out because the next day on 5/4/2011 the series was won with the system play on the Tigers ML and RL. The question is: Why was the -160 ever a system play to begin with? It appears the foundation of MLB Plu$$$ is based on avoiding these plays. Because of that single play, a series loss at that point could have been disastrous. Just curious

There will be higher ones than that, later in the season. Play them if you wish, skip them of you want. It is that simple. I don't recall ever making those comments you sugggested about what teams we will and won't be playing, but rather the opposite of what you said. I mentioned these plays would be here on occasion, if criteria are met for a series, but my statement was that ALL of my plays would not be high M/L games, like some of the other systems were, but some would. The win percentage of some of these plays was too high to just skip them, and a loss, although big, could be recovered in a reasonable amount of time with all of the +money bets in the system. If the juice is too hgh for you in some of the series, than simply double up on the R/L bets, or even easier, skip them if you wish. Keep in mind, MOST JM plays are at these higher juice prices, only SOME of mine will be.
