these games haven't been too high scoring as of late, and this is the year of the pitcher with the biggest power outage in over a decade...

but i vaguely remember them putting up 10 or more runs quite a bit prior to the last 4 or 5 years...

it seems to me, if you look at it like this....

every hitter is gonna be good, and every pitcher is gonna be good.... but it only takes 1 or 2 pitchers to be off their game.... and we'll see about 14 pitchers today.... so if 2 out of 14 pitchers have an off day, or just aren't amped up for it.... the game could be 9 or more runs...

another going through the motions all star game. starters can't wait to be taken out. playing for home field advantage in world series a farce. just bet some props and try to get lucky or even.

my thoughts are its about time they get rid of the stupid rule that makes the winner of this game have home field for the WS.....Go NL, only fair one time a NL team gets home field.......

no doubt, make it best record or every other year. Just because there was a tie shouldn't mean your whole year could end in an away ball park because your league lost what should be an exhibition

Enjoy the game guys, Istill like watching this game but not as much when I was 12 years old in 1968.!! Very bad shadows @ Angels stadium(with the 5:00 PST start.) will make "seeing the ball" hard in early going. The play under 4.5 FF. Enjoy the game gents.!

can some one explain to me how the n.l will lose this game.ubaldo will pitch 2 scoreless inn and imo price will give up atleast 2 runs if not more so its going to be 2-0 or higher going into the 3rd with josh johnson and roy holliday i can see the a.l getting shut out to the 5th inn possibly

ok 1st off did you see the way the sun was at the start time last night during HR derby? not productive for hitting....2nd why are you so quick to discredit Price? He is a very good pitcher......all that said, once again go NL

will see with iciro and jeter and cabera hitting i think ubaldo will be good vs these hitters they can possibly get a single but no way a home run imo ill almost bet on that.

than look at n.l hanley prada and pujols price better watch out these guys might go yard on him.

only time will tell either way ill say the american league will go scoreless in the first inn.ill almost bet everything on that but the n.l might score going yard.lets get this game started.
