one of my favorite players. guy is white hot. halfway to the greatest month i've ever seen a hitter have.

on a side note, i think it's hilarious that if things continue like they have been going for another 2 weeks, both the braves AND padres will miss the playoffs.

Ya i cant believe the Pads. The braves i can because their road record has not been that good all season and they've been riding an amazing home record. The padres though have been getting killed its insane.

i've just about had it with lane kiffin and these 2-pt conversions. two weeks ago, he went for 2 on each of their first 3 scores, converting only 1 of 3. today, he's gone for 2 twice and he's 0 for 2. of the 5 attempts i'm referring to, there was no reason to go for two at on any of them. WTF? if they don't pull away and cover, i hope they lose the game outright by a point. this guy is a fvcking lame. how does he continue to get these dream jobs? why do people think he's a good coach? what has he done except run his mouth, break the rules, and turn out mediocre football teams?

there was someone in here yesterday who was liking sergio mora to win. i asked him about it and he said he thought shane looked old in his last fight and that this one tonight may turn out to be his last hurrah. when i saw that the total rounds was only 9.5, i started thinking about the upset because i don't think mosley has KO power anymore and i think that's a low total for a fight in this weight class.
