Jnick, that is the point of If-bets. To limit risk and bet ur best option 1st and if that comes in, ur 2nd bet kicks into action. Starting time means nothing. U can have a 10pm bet as ur 1st bet and a 1pm bet as ur 2nd.

IMO it's a little too late in the season to bet on them against a team in the WC race against them. Giants typically look good until they realize they have a shot at the post-season.

But, by definition, you do have to arrange it so that your second bet would not begin until your first bet has been decided, correct? I mean I've never done an "if bet" but that seems to only make sense. Your second bet is conditional upon the results of your first bet. If your first bet is still in play and undecided when the second game starts what happens then? I've always assumed your second bet is then a no-play.
