I don't know extensively enough about pitchers to do a top ten without leaving some out, but in no particular order, these guys would be in my top ten for sure.
Tim Lincecum
Zach Greinke
Cliff Lee
Roy Halladay
Felix Hernandez
Chris Carpenter
Tommy Hanson
Jair Jurrjens
Derek Lowe
Tim Hudson
Okay, those last four were slightly biased

Agreed, this guy rarely blows a lead. Would love to have someone like that in the Braves bullpen...

I think a better list would be top 10 sleepers. Everyone knows Lincecum is a stud and the lines will fully price that in. However, finding the next breakout pitcher before his first ESPN cover will produce a tidy profit. Here is my top 10 undervalued pitchers in no particular order:
Brett Anderson
Ricky Nolasco
Kris Medlen
Max Scherzer
Matt Garza
Kevin Slowey
Scott Baker
Jorge De La Rosa
Chris Volstad
Jeff Niemann

interesting list, definetly agree with u on anderson, nolasco, garza and slowey
medlen was killing the minor leagues last year but was inconsistent startin in the majors, but he needs more experience imo
mad max needs to last deeper into games
baker needs to lower his hr rate, but with the new ballpark, maybe it will play like a pitchers park and work in his favor
de la rosa has the stuff but inconsistent from day to day
i dont know what happened to volstad but hopefully he returns to his rookie form

nice, I like your sleepers list....
I also like Josh Johnson, Verlander, Ohlendorf, and Danks to be pitchers with good value and/or a strong season regardless of "value"
