i was leaning that over as well - gonna watch late line movement there and maybe play the over for 1 unit.


2 pretty decent bullpens at 11 and 12 though. no ump edge with wally bell 6-5 on the over.

great hitters park - wind lightly blowing in at 10mph. both teams flying over of late. no vlad for tex

what a joke last night was - dropped 2 games in the 9th inn that were winners going in. an 11 unit swing from +5x to -6x. could have just about been back in the black. patience. no chasing.

I think football and basketball are much easier, and they aren't easy.

I've been burned by more fluke crap in baseball than I was the rest of the year combined -- and it's only June. Bigger sample size, I know, but the problem is you never know which relief pitcher is going to be asleep in the bullpen when his number is called so that he can trot out and cough up a lead with goo in his eye and alcohol on his breath from the night before.

That's one thing -- capping it is a totally different beast. A real fvcking grind that can throw you under the bus every day. I just don't feel that way about the NFL or NBA -- not as strongly, at least.

fantasy baseball - love it.

my leagues are a $300 and $200 buy in. most we could win is like $2k per season.

derrick lee and aram are killing me. have them in both my fantasy leagues.

How did you win over 20K?

It's cumulative since 1998, but I play a national game where entry fee and transactions cost $$$. You win for leagues, national finishes, etc., etc. Have to invest some money in it, but if you're OK with that and have confidence, it becomes a cash cow to play (at least for me).
