The only excuse the Tigers have over the Rangers is that they are on the road. But, the Tigers have pulled this kind of July 3 years in a row now. Looking ahead to what? a probable split? Both teams will regret these series in September, especially if they are a game or 2 out. And if they somehow make the playoffs, this kind of losing stays in the back of a teams mind. Not being able to beat a team you should have handled easily. The goal is not to sweep, just to win each series and both teams lack the punch and motivation to do so.

yeah i thought in your venting of frustration (as you put it) you made light of my point.. its obvious by what you have said that you were definitely frustrated and/or upset.. people in these forums act like children and the hate is truly disgusting to me.. it is still constantly going on and i have been on the receiving end more than once which caused me to leave toward the end of last baseball season.. i have just recently come back a few weeks ago.. i very much apreciate the apology.. we havent talked much so that has evidently led to me taking you the wrong way.. we nipped it in the bud which is choice so everything is cool and we can move along.. back out ya my gambling brother..

im working on an angle for us.. the angle is as follows... texas has a big series against the angels after this det series.. we all got killed by cleve in the cleve-det series so i think we all would feel good about making some cash on the det-tex series.. the tigers are great at home as we all know.. i doubt seriously tex will sweep in det.. thats not gonna happen.. tex will invariably try to get there pitching in order towards the end of this series so they can face the angels at full strength.. i dont have anything more than that right now cause i need to look at the pitching matchups in the det-tex series and the following tex-laa series... im not a fan of the chase system but in this case i think it could work because i cant see tex. sweeping in det.. im certainly going to place at least a small bet on det mon. night..

Glad we got that cleared up. I know exactly what you're talking about with the haters. I have no time for or interest in that either. It pollutes the threads and is counter productive to what I am looking for - good, honest, logical information that will help us gain an advantage against the books.
