I'm going under the presumption you mean money-line. Initial thoughts that come to my mind wondering why would you want to parlay spring training games? The regular season is hard enough and you're thinking about a four banger. I may be wrong here, but I wouldn't do it that way if it was me. If I had to, similar to horse racing, I'd key a team (the one that I think has the best to win with the others making 3 tickets - one with each team). If the four banger hits, well it happens now and then but most times they don't cash.

Here's an example of keying your parlay:
A with B
A with C
A with D.

Now if you're good with numbers/math, there is a way when you use three teams that can turn a profit if your key team wins and one of the other games wins as well.

Here are those examples:
A with B
A with C.

Do not take the short-cut and round robin them, if you can't take the chance with your key winning, then you don't need to risk your money.

The above also works with greyhound & t'bred racing, the N.H.L. and American football. I have a database from several years that prove this. I haven't done professional basketball for a while but would think the concepts hold true - it does with NCAA Mens Basketball. As you can see, there's plenty of ways to wager if one puts in the time, work and effort.

Dinner at a friends is normally a good thing. You'd freaking trip because I am a very hyper person and normally have at least three things going at a time. Once I see the football schedules, it might work out.

You might not like this answer but yes and no. Yes, as in they were a part of the daily records but no, as in what the team record was. I do have that information, it just would take some time to look it up. I don't try to bog-down on any one team if at all possible, but, it doesn't really matter all that much to me which team(s) is/are selected. Hope that makes sense to you. You're welcome. As I said, there are many ways to 'attack' the books/outs. Some favor the player more, some the outlet. Glad it helps you.
