So, Atlanta won but you lost the -1.5 RL bet. Does that get scored as a loss and you bet again tomorrow, even though they actually won the game?

I bet the -1.0 RL on ATL and pushed, but since they won the game I'm just passing on the next 2 games in that series.

There was a guy in the past that ran hockey totals u5.5 or O5 and made like 400 units or something with the labby. Running like 15-30 lines or 1 line per team. idk how it all worked out but he made a killing doing it.

I wanted to pop back in and share the difference in the way I do it vs how its currently being ran.

Current system: lets say you have 3 games and I'll use -150 for this example on all bets.

    Labby line: 10-10-10-10-10-10

*six numbers for 1/2 a unit per number as you are betting two #s each game. (cross 2 or add 1 when you lose)
You end up winning 2 and losing 1.

    Line: 10-10-X-X-X-X-30
    avg: 16.67 - 16.67 - 16.67
Next bet to win 33.34 (1.67u)

compared to my method (bet to win 1# or add 1#)
    labby line: 20-20-20
    Win 2- lose 1
    20-X-X-30
    average: 25-25
Next bet to win 25 (1.25u)

So you can see how the 2 strike method increases the bet size 25% bigger compared to the 1 strike method. Both ways you need need 2 wins to clear your line. I would have to win 1.25 two times where current system would bet to win 1.67u then next bet would be back down to 1u (less than 1 unit left on the line).

Currently just doing $10 unit size since May as i'm finding little tweaks like this in the system to make it less volatile. Instead of doing regular system, filtered system, and 5/2 system with overlapping bets I just combine other sports like NBA with MLB to help me manage the line.

The Min win put me up 21 units so far the last 6 weeks or so. Graph below. Looking forward to going back through this season and finding all the picks and odds from this year to see how the system would perform as I am missing a lot of bets still from previous months. Haven't had to risk more than 2.4u during this time frame.

I say a lot of this with confidence but I know there is no guarantee this will continue. I know there have been a couple of bad seasons in the past 15 years with this system. I just hope a new hybrid method helps reduce the variance for us all. I don't expect @grecycle to change his method any time soon though. My method would still need to be back tested.

*Again at peak profit I just reset my line back to 1u per bet.

All 3 lines get avg out so doesn't matter if you use 1 line or 3 lines.

The way I'm doing it is very simple!!! Keeps bet sizes down.
If there are three games I would just have 3#s on my line.

    $20-$20-$20.
If you win 2 and lose one using your example

    20-x-x-32

    Tuesday would be

    26-26
Bet to win 26 next game. If you lose again

    26-26-39 (-150)
    30-30-30

I also reset my line to its starting point if I'm at peak profit because it doesn't make sense to me for the next day to have a bigger wager after a winning day. So in your example you would be +$8. I would stick to $20 (1u) the next set of games as well.

It might not maximize profits but keeps bet sizes in check. Lastly I just wouldn't let the line get bigger than 6-8#s. Just avg out the loss over those #s rather than adding a number to the line.

    If your line is
    40-40-40-40-40-40
And you take a $60 loss (60 to win 40)
My next line would just be
    50-50-50-50-50 (50 x 6).

If your line gets too Long the winning streak you need to clear it will be stressful. 6 games is manageable. A few 3-1 type days will do the trick.

I'm trying so hard to wrap my brain around how the multiple Labby lines work for this chase, but I just keep getting more and more confused. Maybe you can help J.M. Disciple?

I understand the concept of adding losses to the end of the line and crossing off the first and last values with a win, and even re-calculating the line to average things out.

If I'm starting this chase today, what I don't understand is 1) how many numbers should be on each line, 2) if I'm betting to WIN a unit because of - odds, if I lose, do I add the amount I BET or the amount I was trying to WIN to the end of the line, 3) why 3 lines - is the A line for game 1, B for game 2, etc?

With 3 A games today and a $20 unit, would this be my A line - six numbers because there are 3 games?

    10 - 10 - 10 - 10 - 10 - 10

If so, what would my B and C lines look like? And if, for example, I win 2 bets and lose 1 today, do I cross off 4 numbers from my A line and add one to my A line and then average it out, or does the loss get added to the B line?

Again, assuming I win 2 bets and lose 1 today (CHW for the sake of my example, which I bet $32 on the -1 Run Line at -160), would my lines then look like this?

    A) 10 - 10 - 32 or, after averaging 52/3 A) 17.33 - 17.33 - 17.33
    B) 10 - 10

If that's correct, then would I bet to win $20 again on CWS tomorrow since that's now game 2 (B Labby line)? Or does the 32 go to the B line, and I'd bet to win $42 tomorrow?

Any clarification you or anyone else can provide would be greatly appreciated, because I can't find anything useful with a Google search re: running multiple Labby lines!

Quick question to make sure I am doing this right on my labby line.

I am using $10 unit sizes so $5-$5-$5-$5 starting line.

Yesterday my line went from $87.98 / 11 or betting to win $16 or 1.6u a game.

After I went 3-1 yesterday my new line I removed 6 #s from the line and added 1 number for the cross 2 & add 1.

    New line became 56.78 / 6

But today I have 6 plays, so I need 12 numbers on my line. So I added $30 to my line and made a new line of
    $86.78 / 12

Does this sound right? Basically just add 1/2 a unit for each number you add to your line if you don't have enough open #s already on the line.
