What about Giants/Oakland Under 7? Mazzaro vs. Lincencum. Both pitchers who will not give up many runs hence their strong ERA.

The kid is making his fourth major league start and you're already harping on him for having control issues.

Thing that pisses me off is that the two picks I added - CHC/DET under and CWS were two that I tailed from the tout's page. I've been cold and lost confidence. Those two picks go down in flames and my original picks are looking solid. I'm an idiot.

ive had an avatar of him up on my fantasy team since week 1. he'll more then likely be one of my 2 keepers for next year, but for you to say he doesnt have a history of control problems is not true. his career minor league walk rate of 3.1 is not bad, but hes had some real bad control seasons, and some good ones. check out the 3.8 and 4.8 he had in 2007/2008 at different levels. granted, his control doesnt appear to be consistently awful like a zambrano etc....but it doesnt appear there is any progress in his bb/9 for this season. hopefully down the road he'll get it together - cause clearly if he can around 2.5 consistently, he'll be a great ace...

5 runs in giants/A's game in 4 innings already.

I have under 7 and Giants ML.

Lincecum will not allow anymore runs and will go atleast 8 innings if not a complete game.

Mazzaro hopefully will settle down.

Hm, you do have a point. Almost 5 walks/9 innings pitched A+ ball. I think he'll be fine though. The kid has great stuff. He'll learn as he gets more starts under his belt.

SHOE, nice call on the Twinkies. I was going to play the Brewers but I couldn't knowing how bad Suppan pitches at home.

F*ckin' Ori-hoes! If it weren't for the bullpen meltdown, I would have had the third win that would have made it super sweet. The Reds were never in it nor were the Nats, and that is comforting in a weird way. But the Ori-hoes had it in hand, and the bullpen gave up a grand slam. End of story. Man I hate relievers...

the mariners have woken up...we have something resembling a ballgame on our hands going into the bottom of the 9th.

also, i didn't post this because capping baseball is something i've tried to get around because i haven't been very good at it thus far, but i'm going to try to put some effort into it from here on out. my play of today was the rockies/angels under 9.5, and i'm currently sweating this one out as well (after that a's/giants under--thanks ck and everyone else). was anyone else dumb enough to make this play?
