Thrown out at home with less than 2 outs and heart of order due up (would have scored on next batters fly ball). Now get a guy thrown out at 3rd less than 2 outs. Shit is nothing new either, been doing it all season..

I swear the 3rd base coach like a bad driver who you sitting behind and they don't know when to turn out cause they can't judge the speed or distance of other freaking vehicles! How the hell he was waving guy home in that situation is beyond me. Even if there were 2 outs and pitcher coming up that was a poor choice. Man nothing going right for cards lately. Looked like their offensive blunders were not gonna matter tonight the way Martinez was pitching. coming into the 7th he had retired 14 in a row had 8k's and only allowed 1 hit, his pitch count was low enough it looked like we weren't gonna have to worry about any reliever other than rosenthal or oh (only 2 guys out the pen worth a damn) as appeared he would have no problem competing 8 innings. then inexplicably one guy gets on and he absolutely loses it. Rare you see a guy pitching so dominantly just turn to shit out of nowhere. So the cards struggled continue another day as they losing ground in a division .500 ball competing for 1st! And that pitching performance was just masking fact our shit offense had only managed 2 runs off a gas can.. for good measure fowler drops a catchable ball that most likely kept Martinez in game and a 2-1 lead. Poor defense again rearing its ugly head, granted it would have been a good play but it one good defensive outfielders make!

Yea worst posted day of the year and on ugly slide since hitting high water mark over 26u last week..
yesterday was a real kick in the nuts. Sf/mil is 2-2 after 7 innings, 4-2 after 8th inning, then brewers stick Feliz garbage ass out there to give up 3 otherwise meaningless runs in top of 9th to fukk what should have been a cashed under.
Freaking Oakland beats me by scoring 5 runs on 2 swings of bat by same damn guy. 3 hits against happ and 5 runs!
Of course that pretty much opposite of cards who put a ton of guys on bases and only muster 2 runs, way Martinez was pitching looked like that might even been enough till a leadoff bunt single leads to him falling apart.
Straily gives us a very good start vs scrubbies but fish bats do a wonderful job of making Eddie freaking butler look like a Cy young candidate!!

Yea no doubt. I know these things go both ways, certainly not the type to pretend otherwise. Just venting, this little slump frustrating me. Seems like crappy breaks like the total in milw always happen when ya struggling and could use some good fortune. Lol. Trying to talk myself off the ledge on wanting to play chisox, Quintana been a serious pain in my ass all season but man if he pitches like he capable of that a great price to back him. Problem is for the most part he hasn't pitched up to talent level this season and has kinda been bit by the long ball, not good vs Tampa who relies pretty heavily on bombs for runs.Comment -
