I don't know the real answer to this w/r/t to the injury filter. Last year, I didn't even keep track of this aspect so good on betwithdaniel for doing so. If anyone can chime in on this part that'd be great. It seemed like these filters were just there as recommendations to help w/ bankroll management.

To my knowledge, the filters were in place so that the original creator(s) of the system could make their season records look more favorable. As for this thread, the filters dont affect the results, but we want people to be aware of reasons for potential losses. I use the RotoChamp site to track injuries for top ranked fantasy players (I would post a link, but apparently that goes against the SBR rules).

New to this thread and results look serious. Question should series be bet as "action" vs. "listed" with respect to pitchers. Should I assume pitching matchups are essentially irrelevant in system?

So handicapping pitchers either starters or bullpens has no affect on the play?

Received an email from "Champ" (or whatever name he is using now!) stating 2 bets for today;
"Here's the MLB system bets for June 20:

White Sox {A} bet - This is currently a confirmed official bet at this current bet level. However, the White Sox are very close to falling outside of the .015 RPI difference filter. If the White Sox continues to lose games to their opponent, then there is a chance that by the {B} and/or {C} bet that they may possibly fall out of the .015 RPI difference filter. Please note that a series is considered unofficial if the RPI difference between our two teams is greater than .015.

This is different from our list here so thought I'd check with others. I think there might have been a 2 game sweep in May (9th and 11th) and not sure what didn't happen on the 10th.

I used to bet less/more based on pitching matchup but after seeing CIN +1.5 despite Arroyo starting and being down 8-1 at one point I am truly convinced the system has a mind of its own and does not five a flying f*ck about bad pitchers or any other irrelevant factor.

One of the games from the last series between White Sox and Twins was postponed until August 21st. Per this system's rules, the play does not count (unless the White Sox lose to the Twins on 8/21). We will leave it out from the records. Good luck if you are betting the White Sox.

1. People make mistakes, sometimes there are plays missed, or there are plays that should not have been a played.
2. There have been changes to the system throughout the years (for example, the filters, v2, and v3) to help increase profit. There's a chance the author found another trend and is betting on it.

Nothing the original author did was to increase profits.

It was to disguise losses so as to market his system.
