The MLB season is quite the ride..... It is a walk not a sprint. Can't be throwing Hail-Mary bets.... It isnt NFL. (cant wait for NFL)
I look at the board every night and take the plays that I like. I think overnight lines are pretty key. With that being said, I need to start limiting the amount of plays each day.
I also need to stop trying to pick the winner of two bad teams..... Ex: ATL vs CIN tomorrow...... The right play is ATL +123 but it could easily go either way.
Finally, I need to stop picking JUICY favorites..... I wonder how mad the people are who spent -$255 on Washington today!!!!!!

Posting in this thread is key for me. It keeps me honest.
It is harder to chase when you are posting plays 5+ hours before game time. It's also harder to chase when people may be tailing you.

I took a look at some of the other threads in the MLB betting forum.... Fade City....
Come on guys, Washington this afternoon at like -200 was a no play from the second I saw it. There is no value in a -200 favorite; especially as the first afternoon game. Trap for sure. It doesn't matter who is pitching.
Stay away from -200 plus favorites.
I also think MLB totals are a trap.....
Every once in a while you just know when a total will hit but for the most part I think they are a trap.Comment -
