Thought same thing Mitch but look closer. He says LEADING after 5 so f5 -.5 is what he meant. I looked over a few more things and considered Tex f5 but may sit today in bases and maybe get some nba action. Bol!Comment -

Probably won't post this weekend as I'm headed to Diego to attend Daughters Graduation from SD State.
Gonna be tied up for the next 72 hours or so. Phone Apps with my books don't work outside Nevada either, so I'll just chill for a couple days.

Good call on the Cubs last night Banker. 1-2 on dogs yesterday. Hoping Cards can close this out. Wacha at that price was a bigger play for me. Played KC, Twins, Pitt under and mets under early. I'll be back in with my DOD.Comment -

Bosox +??: as of now this line is sitting between +100 &+105. And I suspect we'll be able to nab it somewhere north of +110 before first pitch. I really couldnt fault anyone for refusing to back the red sox flame thrower Joe Kelly tonight as he has really gotten roughed up badly in each of his last few starts. However, looking at his most recent opponents, in particular both NYY and BJays, happen to be among the top run scoring teams in the league. Seattle is a far cry from the offensive talent Kelly has faced lately. Also, each team had the advantage having already faced Kelly a week earlier this season. That's no excuse for losing command of your fast ball but I digress. Kelly is a west coast guy, and this trip will be somewhat of a homecoming, I have an inkling kelly comes comes out and commands the fastball tonight at 95-97mph. The Redsox will hit Elias I have no doubts, so Kelly really is the wildcard in this equation.Comment -

couple problems for me, 1st and foremost why are you so sure sox will hit elias? he has pitched well, he in a pitchers park, and sox have been abysmal vs letfies. sox hitting .184 as a team vs lefties this year, that 4.5 runs per 9 has been plummeting of late, and their avg has gotten even worse. there a reason sea swapped elias and walker this week, it was to pitch the lefty vs the sox..
secondly the problem with expecting different from kelly would be buying those 1st couple starts this yr and ignoring before this bad stretch and going back to his days in stl this has always been his problem. his throws that stupid 2 seamer that drifts back over the plate and moves on a very level plain which is why guys hit it. ive seen sox on espn a few times and schilling is dead on balls accurate that he should all but abandon that pitch, he wont cause he never has had another pitch other than fb/2 seam that he can consistently get over the plate..in years past even when he was good early you could never expect him to make it thru 6 innings w/o a bad inning that is potentially really bad,. there a reason stl traded him..
most likely kelly will be better tonight, id think it has far more to do with the park than the fact he from the west coast tho. in sea he be a damn fool if he did anything other than throw the 4 seam and pitched around the few guys that really scary. problem is if you judging by his baseball iq he is exactly that..
seriously doubt i play it either way, just saying it really hard for me to see this angle where you assuming sox will hit a solid lefty and where joe kelly is someone he has never been outside a couple start at 1st of the year? when btw it was cold and he was throwing hard which always tough on hitters. gl whatever you decide (hope im wrong).Comment -
