Sorry Bank; didn't see this until now; I thought it was a really tough card tonight and didn't see a lot I liked. I really thought Gee and Stultz were a tossup. Although the Mets have been hot, their YTD batting stats were not a lot better than the Braves; although their last 7 were (like I said they were hot).

Given all this, I thought the game was a tossup and I thought Atlanta was worth a shot at +130.

no worries bro,, time a issue for a lot of us as im just getting back to you now.. muts just insane hot right now, i ended up on bravos too but i hate going against streaks like the one ny is on at this point. obviously they probably lose soon but so painful trying to bet against and then having to do again waiting for that damn loss. at this point im usually on and been betting the streak or like this one ill just wait for it to be over then fade them the next gm after they finally lose....

doesnt seem like bad choice.. 2marro kinda tough to find +110 or better. i have narrowed down to zona, hou, and twinks. hughes so bad in march/april and has been again this year but man are his numbers at safco hard to ignore at 2 to 1..

Yep, that was the issue I saw, too, not a lot of dogs at +110 or better. For me it was between Mets, Houston and Arizona; didn't like Texas hitting with Wandy Rodriguez pitching or Minny bats going against King Felix... BOL with whichever one you go with...

yea the only thing that keeps me coming back to twinks is mauer and hunter have always hit felix well over pretty big sample, suzuki been pretty good vs him, and in much smaller sample plouffe has had some success. most likely it be a smaller play i dont use as "dod" but think 2 to 1 is too tempting to not play at all.. gl to you as well my man..

That is a great point and I did see that when looking at the game; current Minny hitters are hitting 0.323 vs. Felix for their career. However, in saying that; his ERA was still 0.79 against the Twins over the last 3 years...

damn, didnt notice era over last 3 years vs them, lol.. assuming mauer prob didnt play a lot of those just cause his injury history but i could be wrong, obviously hunter wasnt there, couldnt tell yea if suzuki was, obviously you split those 3 up and it not hard to get thru a lineup with a guy who hits you. throw in plouffe and you got a decent amount of the lineup with some success.

if hughes numbers in the early going wernt so damn bad every year, or we had switched over to may already (although that seems kinda ridiculous) id prob like it a little more but either way i cant ignore how well he pitches at safco, i know the lineup they have now better but it makes a ton of sense why he pitches well there. he a fly ball pitcher who has always struggled to keep the ball in the park, put him in a itcher park that hard to hit the ball out of and presto all a sudden hughes the guy everyone at one time thought he would be..

certainly not expecting to win, as we do with this gm im just projecting a better chance than odds suggest, actually by a decent amount with this one but who knows if im weighing hughes past performances to heavily or not?

Man I only got it at +112, very early this AM. What's going on here???? Just got home.

nothing really, when you get to this point in most streaks you gonna see some money on the other side, some of that prob already been against and some that signing on. prob even more so when it this early in the season, the team doing it while solid isnt thought of as anything special (certainly no better than any of the other 90 or so win type playoff contenders, in reality a little worse top to bottom of roster), the streak was all at home, against sub-par competition, and are now stepping up in class and on the road..

as ive mentioned a time or 6, "i hate going against streaks". honestly i think nyy wins tonight and prob wins this series. i wont bet against muts till they lose tho, just not a big fan of having a hot team beat me then feeling obligated to go against them for what can sometimes be far too many gms. this one coming to the point i dont think they get thru yanks intact but who knows? im just sure im not the only 1 who feels that way as obviously other ppl betting for it to end. pineda a quality pitcher, a guy ive liked for years, he certainly capable of tightening the screws on what isnt exactly a scary lineup. degrom a very good pitcher as well, he also young and facing a vet team in a bandbox (opposed to the pitchers parks he sees quite a bit) in what should be a big atmosphere. could easily see yanks take some good abs and get his pitch count up if not do a little damage, prob with a couple hrs. once it goes to the pens i think you be hard pressed to say you rather have muts, i would.. id rather muts lost cause id be pretty interested in being against them 2marro i think, certainly not rooting against ya'll tho.. gl

i just walked in, havnt seen weather or ump. such a low total for that place i think i would have to really like the ump and have a favorable wind to even consider. those both may be the case considering the number but honesty if you forced me to bet this gm i would have bet spankies at open..
