i'm thinking of putting in a "never bet for/against the rockies" pledge for the rest of my natural life...with a yellow stickie note put at the top of the inside of my coffin...to remind me when i'm registering for the after-life (wherever i'm assigned) to renew that pledge thru eternity...

at least the cubs look like they are TRYing to win...can't say the same thing about the rockies

they scored a run in the top of the 10th...then effing gave up 2...

of these shit teams...the one i seem to hate the most is Colorado, because it seems that the poor twins and cubs and astros etc. at least TRY to win...the fooking Rockies don't ever even give me that impression...

everybody will have their own kryptonite team that will aggravate them the most...and cut the others some slack...but baseball has the largest collection of such "sad sacks" to choose from
