a toss up for sure, in both the ML and over/under!

only wager I have so far is Joker to win 3-1. I'm also contemplating taking Nadal 3-2. thoughts?

lol I think I'm right obviously or I wouldn't have made the bet. I posted immediately after the Semi that if I could get a certain price or higher on Nadal, I was taking it and I got that price so I did. However I 110% guarantee you that Justin7 has made his bets on much more analysis than I have and is coming in with much greater angles because I also said at that time I'm not going to look at any more stats, etc. I'm betting based on what I've seen from these two. It worked with Nadal and Djoko in the Semis so I'm sticking with it. I'd say follow Justin7.

Nadal was actually 10 cents higher in his match against Fed... I can only assume because so many were on the "Fed is playing so well" "we love Fed" train and people are questioning Djoko's fitness and allergies. Nadal and Djoko have never played here before but Djoko has beaten Nadal 6 in a row, 2 of them in Slams. So it makes sense for the line to be where it is. The line is saying Nadal has a 41% chance of winning. I have given Nadal more of a chance than that so I'm on him. Whether or not I'm mistaken, we'll find out soon

As far as an actual injury, no I don't think so. He has been having difficulty breathing - he's attributed it to maybe hayfever and it was something that they were going to try to work on in the past 24hrs. Problem is it's going to be more humid tonight than it has been because we have a storm rolling in. Humidity = more difficulty breathing for everyone, let alone if you're already prone to those issues. Others are concerned about his fatigue because he had an almost 5hr match against Murray - again where his breathing was a major problem for 2 sets - and Nadal has had an extra day's rest. But these are pro athletes so I'm not sure how much stock I'd put into either of those angles. If someone is backing Nadal because they're hoping Djoko will be tired or short of breath, while both may be the case, they probably shouldn't bet Nadal at all or at least reduce their bet to a "fun" size.

Its gonna be a great match and i would lay huge odds this wont end in 3 sets its almost not possible.

Its true the jokovic absolutley owns nadal but nadal is playing better right now and djokovic is coming off 5 sets with less than 2 days rest.

Nadal is hungry and nadal gonna eat tonight.

Plus even if it is at worst a coin flip ill take nadal and thanks for the extra +135

Yes. As I posted above, I don't think anyone should put too much into either of those potential factors. Maybe when they're live betting but it's not wise to fade the #1 player in the world because you hope he can't breathe or gets tired.
