Some more sweet tie break losers today. Machado goes 0-fer-2 in tie breaks. Seriously in the past month, I think I have had two matches I can remember where tie breaks went my way - Cilic over Isner last week and Ferrer over Almagro last week - which looked like a sure loser.

#3643I was looking at Monfils too. Ferrero might be over inflated here bec of his win yest. I think everything Ferrero does, Monfils can do better. If Monfils brings his A game tomm, it would be hard to see him losing to even Ferrero. Glad to see you like itComment -

#3644I found the Uzbek Challanger scores. On tennis.com they will update the match about an hour after its over, maybe earlier. Or you can go to, resultat24.se, and click on tennis. They have the matches updating point by point, kind of wierd I even found that site.
And to the response to the message I sent ya earlier, yes they did pay it outComment -

#3646Yeah I figure if this is the tourney where JCF wins his first back-2-back matches of the season, then ya know - FML - but all things equal as you said, Monfils younger, faster, strong blah blah blah. I think if Monfils serves well, all the pressure will be on Ferrero. Tough for me to go against him too because he's one of my all-time faves, but this is a match Monfils needs to win consistently. Of course the words consistency and Monfils rarely meet except for consistently disappointing.Comment -

Of course me and winners rarely meet in tennis on a consistent basis, so fukk if I know anything.Comment -

#3656Moving Day.
Wednesday, May 16th
WTA Parlay: Pennetta + Stosur [-108]
ATP Madrid: Youzhny +350
On the bitches, Pennetta is the experience over Stephens who scored a nice win in her opener. Stephens is a talent on clay, but nothing suggests she can beat a solid player like Pennetta just yet. Pennetta is looking to get back on track since her fast start to 2012 turned to mediocrity. Stosur and Errani will be a good one. Stosur's power should give her an edge over Errani. She's played against the junk baller four times on hard courts, never having too much trouble. Errani might be a bit better equipped to compete on clay, but Stosur has found some good form of late while Errani has been solid - she has not been up to snuff against the top tier players just yet on a consistent basis.
Youzhny on a hunch. Del Potro could make a run in Rome, but let's not forget he's on the end of two grueling weeks with lots of matches. At some point this week, that may catch him. Llodra pushed him yesterday, so interesting to see if Delpo comes out with the "Want to" on Wednesday or is ready for a little rest before the French Open. Delpo also has no risk points wise in Rome as he didn't play here in 2012, so he's got no real motivation other than what he wants to accomplish this week ... or the energy he wants to save.Comment -

Almagro +168
Parlay: Ferrer + Pennetta [-103]
Almagro and Berdych have engaged in some solid matches in their careers. This is their third meeting of 2012. Almagro wiped Berdych out of Indian Wells and they played a great four set match at the Australian Open that saw Berdych come through via three tie breaks. Berdych has played some great tennis on clay this year, but he's not unbeatable. Almagro seemed to hit a little lull in April, losing early in a couple tournaments. Last week though he probably should have beaten Ferrer, but folded late. I think on this slower surface, it's a fairly even encounter & Berdych's track record in Rome isn't all that great regardless of his advancement on the surface.
Cetkovska got the upset over Radwanska, but we'll see what that rates as Ag-Rad has been carrying a back injury for a bit now and has racked up a lot of mileage already this season. She did not play a very good match and Cetkovska was there to clean up in the end. Pennetta looks like she has refound some form in Rome this week. This will be a good test for her and so far, she looks motivated. I'll take that. Ferrer over Simon. Surface edge to Ferrer and he's proven he can beat the Vanilla wonder at this game.Comment -

#3672Also just saying this out loud - am not playing either side - but I have a bad feeling that Wawrinka is going to shit the bed against Seppi. Also exercise caution w/Del Potro still. I still believe there is going to be a breaking point for him this week where he mails it in so he can rest his bum knee. Of course the easy way to do it is take care of Tsonga who he should still beat on this surface and then roll over against Djokovic or just walk.Comment -
