Yeah. You would have gained points for him winning in the QFs and SFs, but lost some back for him losing the finals ... but you definitely would have gained points.

REMINDER for anyone who has not done it yet ... you have about an hour to get your original player selection in for the Legg Mason Classic!

I really like the Federer pick, I still feel he has some big wins left in his career. I just couldnt go against Djokovic with his easy bracket and his record this year but I really hate the the numbers you get trying to wager on Djokovic.

Its getting like Nadal on clay or Federer at his height, the line is so high that its pointless to put the guy in any parlays and the handicaps are always rolling the dice. I really would love to see Fed win this one, but Novaks stats are almost godlike right now.

Well I figured there would be more on Djokovic since he is pretty much unbeatable ... so I needed to take a shot with someone different. Federer has done very well at this tournament over the years. It's boom or bust. If he can get past DelPo, he should be good for the semis and I have read some stuff about Djokovic having a minor shoulder issue that made me decide to take the shot with Feddy.

By the way, I will post an update tomorrow on the point total that has been accrued through X-CHANGES and entry fees. Top two will get paid something for this contest.

Okay, we had 120 from the entry fee for the contest. I'm covering the 13 not paid by the person who dropped out. Tallied 53 points paid in X-CHANGE fees which I think is lacking a little in payments, so I am going to just fill in some points to make it an even 180 heading into this week and next week's tournament. Let's make sure these last two tournaments that everything is paid up for X-CHANGES please.
