Cons=Casino like most casinos total ripoff.

Customer service, sit in the box and dont talk for a half hour before they talk next.

Cant talk to Jon when hes not there, which is all the time. How do u have a sportsbook where u cant talk to somebody on key days like saturday and sunday. Most folks work during the day too and then play at night and weekends, why does management go home at the same time?

Decided to change monthly rebate so no daily, no weekly or no monthly rebate?

What are the perks again?

dimes gives a daily rebate, gtbets gives a weekly plus deposit cash.

I think Jon is an ok guy but his employees are not allowed to do anything, and I think he enjoys this forum more than his own site too.

Time to move on need someplace better for football?

Bud, I've been in the same boat as you at times. A few times I've tried to contact Jon and couldn't get a timely response. My definition of timely was unrealistic. I realized how crazy I was. He will get back to you.

I was happy with their payout, I got too over enthusiatic, though.

After they changed the rebate, and have nobody of any use working there when Jon is not there. Thats as much his fault as theirs, but that was a good selling point, the rebate.

Any dink sportsbook will give 10% bonus and no rebate. What makes them special?

But the real problem is the uselessness of customer service, what are they there for if they cant do anything?

Theres at least 20 books who pay, that's not a deal breaker.

I noticed no half time lines for olympcs when others were offering qtrs.

Our perks : same day payouts , checks in 3 to 4 working days , great bonuses and a free half point in football.

10% is a great bonus?

I didnt say all books can cut a check in three or 4 days. But most will pay ** or ** within 24 hours.

The hard part is keeping the money in the account, if its being sent back I dont mind waiting 2 days instead of one.

Thanks for the offer, but tommorows deposit will go somewhere else. A change of scenery is probably needed.

Jon is available more then any other sportsbook owner and does what he can to help special requests. Book is good they pay quick monthly bonus is nice and any small bonus for depoing is nice also and monthly free payout...customer service is weak no mlb overnight lines is weak however much better than bookmaker with there horrible lines and no free payouts besides being on a stupid DC

Well I wont say i KNOW they are rigged. I was willing to give it fair trials. It took me 6 weeks to have a winning night last time, and havent won since, if football season were here id probably not play at all. But forget trying to build a balance, it wont let you.

I apologize if you were not satisfied by our service , like I mentioned before no book is perfect I do not know of many other GMs or owners that are as readily available as I have been for everyone in the last few years. In regards to our CS well it is slow season and it is common practice that we give vacations to our staff since when regular season kicks off days off do not come around as much this is done by 99% of sportsbooks so alot of these guys sometimes are multi tasking.

Hey , Betislands is not for everyone that does not mean you need to find ways to insult us. There are things that do not change like our payout record , our bonuses and what we have done and do for clients you yourself just posted that I offered you a bonus , which is true I wanted to offer you compensation for any situation but it seems to me that it is in your plans to insult Betislands rather than resolve any issue.
