Hi guys,

The backup site is working correctly if you have any questions please let me know , as far as calling every single account my concern right now is accounts that have funds in them so they can access their funds with ease. This attack is almost over and things will be back to normal.

I hate to repeat myself but we are not the first book to be attacked nor the last the biggest books have been attacked and some have been out for days , payouts have been going out like clockwork so this should actually put the public at ease that an attack and the site being cripled does not affect our financial stability and that player funds will always come first.

I was unable to access both the site and the backup site earlier, so I called to place my bet over the phone. The lady (it wasn't amy, she almost has a hispanic accent) was extremely rude. After placing my Philadelphia bet, the lady basically barked at me for my password to confirm the wager. I didn't hear her at first, and then after hearing her bark at me I told her my password. And then she hung up. Very rude. I can't remember the last time I've been treated that way over the phone. Too put it lightly, I was very pissed. I just hate when people hang up on me, let alone talk down on me over the phone.

I've tried both the mx and ag.........as well as the "new backup" site. I can log in to all three, but as soon as I attempt to place a wager.........I get a server error. This is getting old.....................fast.

Calling in bets isn't always convenient for those of us with actual jobs.

UPDATE: BetIslands is fully restored. You must clear cookies/cache. BetIslands has completed their security upgrade; no additional downtime is expected.

Jon still have trouble getting bets in. Its give me Validation of viewstate MAC failed errors all the time. I have to submit over and over and over and over and hope it goes though. Also when i log in it usually kicks me out 2-3 times before it lets me stay in.

Same here. I had a live chat with Amy today.........who just kept telling me the .mx and .ag were up and running perfectly. I pressed the issue because I couldn't get plays in and she got sassy "Look..........just use .ag or the .mx address................". Unreal.

i get this also. goes to a white back round page with a hole shit load of red letters and code.

i just go to the mobile site and it works fine until i can get around this issue.
