Bovada withdrawals

Plain and simple, seems as though Bovada has most of us if not ALL of us by the Nuts, and even has us bickering over what is 16 business days and what is 19 business days! If it wasn't for their bullshit excuses and lies, we wouldn't even be bringing up their name. So my question is: Wouldn't they (Bovada) want their name brought up in threads for the good they do, and their commitment to ensure payouts are PROCESSED AND DELIVERED in the given time frame? Or do they wanna get with the program and put an end to this BS!? Come on Bovada, take it back to the good ol' days when you were BODOG and ALMOST NEVER had SO many people upset/furious/disgusted with you!!

Regarding 4/16 and 4/19 Payout

Here's what I get in response to 4/16 and 4/19 Payouts totaling $3k and about my questioning of other people receiving requested payouts from end of April to even early May recently:::::

Hi Jonathan,

As we discussed over the phone this morning, we're unable to expedite or reprocess this payout with an alternative method at this point in time. I understand you need these funds relatively soon, and I'm hopeful that we will have some news in the coming week. Once I get an update with your tracking information I'll call you immediately. Once the tracking information is posted, your payout is usually delivered to your address a couple days afterward.

In terms of the many different responses that you may have had in regard to this payout, I want to make sure that this is not the case. By making myself the sole correspondence with you for this payout, you'll be able to communicate with someone who is well informed with your account and avoid any miscommunications.

I'll call you this coming Sunday as we agreed on, in the meantime if you have any other concerns you have my extension.

Kudos to SBR on the rating adjustment....that rating adjustment let me know something was wrong. I had always trusted BoDog/Bovada and without that rating adjustment I would have kept on blindly trusting them.

unreal. still no tracking #. 34 business days, would be 35 but of course didnt count memorial day. i heard the kentucky derby excuse also. i requested my payout well before the derby. also thanks to sbr for the downgrade to C- for i was beginning to think because bovada advertises with u, they have preferential treatment. so i was beginning not to trust the ratings here. i guess i was wrong.

i thought ray was going to help also but after three weeks of talking to him i realized he is just another bovada cs drone he says the same thing no tracking number and cant tell you when you will get one, and that they are backed up but he can personally gurantee there is nothing wrong with the companys money supply, makes me wonder since he metioned the money part without me even asking lol.

That is kinda strange that he would mention the money supply, but I believe the 3rd party processors are the ones with all the cash on hand

33 business days and still waiting

Bovada, formerly Bodog, used to pay us quite rapidly. However, we are now at 33 business days (45 days) waiting for $400 and they won't give us a date nor a tracking number. We get the standard email reply of how they have a very high volume of payouts so it's kinda slow. first they said 15 business days, then 20, then 25. Of course now we're at 33, so their words are pointless. They did give us $100 virtual money as an apology. I want my real money. I will never use them again. I used to recommend them as very reputable and reliable. But what good is a casino or sportsbook that will not payout? Can you imagine going to the cage at a casino and being told "come back in 40 days"?

Too bad they're unregulated. Cause there is no one on heaven's earth to complain to. But word of mouth will get around, and they are going to lose a lot of customers.

My payout of $400 was approved 4/17. Still no money. I get stupid emails with no date it will be sent, no tracking number, and the "we have a very high volume of payouts" crap. They keep telling me the 15 days, now 20, and then now 25 days is "just an estimate." Of course I'm at 33 business days, so this is just BS. I am so angry, even though it is only $400. I will never use them again and previously had used them for years and liked them. But they used to send payouts promptly. Since they no longer do, I will not use them anymore. Hope you get your $3K soon.

I just decided to stop contacting them, and gonna wait for "Ray" to call and feed me the same story. I asked kindly that they find a way to get me my money by my BIRTHDAY on June 8th since I'll be headed to Vegas for a week. Don't even think their gonna do that from an April 16th payout. At least in Vegas they can PAY any winnings without BS excuses.

Wow!!! Finally got a tracking # from Bovada today!!! Requested payout on April 9th, got approved on the 11th, it's been 37 Business days now not including Memorial day. Finally something.... still got 3 more checks after this one, so hopefully everything goes well. Will update after I get the first check and if it clears.

Right!! I would love it. I'm in NM which is only about 8 hours driving or an hour flying. Maybe finding someone who lives there would be my best bet!! Haha

Was approved for three withdrawals Starting on April 14 no money yet. just run around. Was charged 100.00 dollars because I requested 3 withdrawals in one month. Haven't got a penny yet. I can't believe this ripoff.

and if your 3 withdrawals don't equal $3,000 you're going to get one check anyway.
