I can't go into details about the depositing method, as it's a new one for 5Dimes and only available for their long-term customers, but there was a mistake made today with this process.
100% their fault and I believe it will get resolved with no issues, but their customer service absoultely sucks. They speak down to you as a customer and are flat out rude when you point out an error.
