I'm currently being slow-paid by BoDog and wanted to give others a heads up (and see if anyone else is having the same issue).
I am in Canada and always use the *** option to deposit or cashout. Any deposits are pulled from my account in 2 days. Typically a cashout hits my ***** ***** in 2-3 business days.
Not this time!
I requested a very small payout - $300 - on November 21st. I got an email the next day saying it was processed. I expected to see it in a couple of days. On the website it says:
"Once the payout is processed, it will take approximately 3 business days to be credited to your **** *******." (from the *** section)
I emailed when I didn't receive it and was told it can take up to 7 business days. This was completely against my past experience (I had received 2 $1500 payouts a few days before requesting this one without issue). I was told that Wednesday November 30th would the absolute latest I would receive it.
Of course it never showed up. I PMed Becky here and was quickly called by a representative who told me that in fact my payout wasn't processed on the 22nd like I was originally told but that it was processed that past Monday (the 28th). She said the absolute latest I would receive it was this past Wednesday. Obviously this annoyed me since they had lied to me about it being processed the week before, but was happy that someone had looked into it.
Wednesday of this week comes and goes and no money. And here we are today and I still haven't received it. So naturally I email to ask what the heck is going on and they say: "Please be note that our payout timeframe has recently been increased within 15 business days, due to the high payout volumes; rest assure that you will be receiving your funds."
So apparently they just keep extending the timeframe at will. And the website sure doesn't day 15 days. They have no explanation for me other than they have a payout "backlog".
Am I worried that Bodog doesn't have $300 to pay me?
No, I'm sure they have the cash. But something is drastically wrong with the way they've handled this payout and the lies they've told me. There's no reason why I should have to wait 3 weeks for a payout that the website clearly states should get to me in 3 days.
And conveniently a couple of deposits that I made since the payout have been promptly taken from my bank account. They don't have a problem processing any deposit, just the payout.
Anyways I know I'm rambling and $300 isn't a big payout, but it's the lies that bother me and the fact they can't give me an explanation.
If anyone has recently cashed out using this method and got paid, please let me know
