Hi all. First off let me say that I have never had a problem with Heritage Sports besides them having good lines and them beating me. But today an issue has happened.
I logged into my account and wanted to make a $20 **** deposit during chat, Ive done this many times and never once had a problem before. I spoke to chat rep Alex, who told me the deposit was declined. I was shocked because I knew the money was in my account. Alex then tried to make a deposit for $19 and it went through fine and my heritage account was credited for $19.
I go to check my **** account, and I was charged for both the $20 deposit AND the $19 deposit! $20 isn't alot to some people, but when bills are due and at Christmas time its alot to me.
So I go to chat and talk to Richard. I was told to send in my bank statement showing the transactions. I did so and went back to chat.. They confirmed they received my statement and that the credit dept would look into it. I was told to check back in 20 minutes. I did that. Then I was told that the credit dept was very busy and to check back at 4PM PST but it would probably be earlier. So a few hours later, I went back to chat to ask the status of my complaint. I was told to check back tomorrow!
Now I am out $20!. I know its not Heritages fault I am sure its a processing issue, but I am very frustrated that I keep getting the runaround with this situation. First to check back in 20 minutes then tonight.. and now tomorrow!
I wanted to come here to file my complaint to let everyone know the problems I am having with Heritage at this moment. As I told Heritage, I do not mind losing a few dollars, but I do not want money taken from me!
