cancel withdrawal. request 999 dollar ****** (same day) payout and pay 50 dollars to transfer the rest of the money somewhere that is paying out this other method promptly.

or maybe that p2p transfer will give you the money to allow you to have the patience to endure this processor problem.

Yes, it is frustrating for all of us effected by this delay. But one thing you gotta understand is that 5dimes themselves are not being told the truth by the processor. So they tell their customers whatever they get from processor. I've been in this situation before. I too contacted them in the morning and was told the head manager (I assume it's tony) will make the final decision today. So let's just be patient for a while til they make up their decision (credit money back, wait more, or send money using different method.

I just want to further elaborate on this issue. I've requested 5 payouts from 5dimes in the last 2 weeks.

I have received 4 of them. One is delayed, and that is the issue that is giving everyone problems it seems. Their *** payouts were delayed. They'll fix it, so just calm down.

Were the 4 payouts which you received XXX and/or c h e c k via courier?

(Since one of the methods I'm asking about is being censored - can you state the amounts you received? That narrows it down. Or - were the methods 2 letter abbreviations or a 3 letter abbreviation method, which I tried to ask about above?).

It appears it's a lot more than "a few".

It appears that no one has received an xxx payout nor a courier/check payout in the US for the last 2 weeks.

A friend who spoke to 5 Dimes cs yesterday to ask about the situation was told that there was a holiday in Canada which slowed up the payments.
Not being straight when asked about the situation reflects poorly on the book.

Yesterday I spoke with Rommel on the phone and he swore that if the money was not in the players bank accounts that a decision would be made by no later than 5:00 pm est on Monday. Well guess what?

I just spoke with CS manager and no decision has been made and they dont know what to do about it yet..Where is Bill Dozier, Justin7, Sbr_John???

Players are being lied to every minute by 5dimes CS and managers! How can this go on SBR forum without any help from top management here on this site?

Rommel is in hiding at 5dimes, Tony is gone they said and would be back tonight, Cindy cannot be contacted by phone... This seems like the same crap Full Tilt Poker gave me and thousands of other players

Scooter- 5dimes management has CONFIRMED to me several times that "NOT ONE" player has been paid by check or A,C,H, successfully since 10/17/11. Caution, if you do deposit the check you rec'd at the time it will bounce at the bank. Think Im lying people? I was told by management to send my check back to the processor. I had to pay for mail out of my pocket but at least it didnt bounce at the bank. Sucks man because its going to bounce and I highly doubt you will get any fees reimbursed or anything by the way it looks.

Isnt it odd Tony and Rommel are both gone today and the decision was supposed to be made on paying the players?? Mighty odd

1. sbr DID respond to you- shari91 already told you the exact same thing becky and everyone else told you. they're not scamming you- there is a processor problem.
2. wow this is more fukked up than i thought. the funds are in limbo. ah well, you just gotta wait.
3. i guess you cant cancel the withdrawal because they dont know if it will go through yet to your bank account.
4. take a payday loan or something if you cant wait. your money is safe- all you have to do is wait.

Had a Wyunion payout for the max last week. Went fine. Was my second Wyunion payout, both went fine. Also had a BDI (back each up one) that was slow, but went through, at the start of the month.

Was going to take another BDI. Then I got destroyed the last two days. Debating my next move, but concerned about these BDI issues. Chat said that the problems were over, but I'm skeptical.
