I spoke with customer service. They confirmed the site was down and were working on it. Said not to worry.

If they took calls via customer service, I'd have to think they aren't just leaving the planet. Also hard to imagine a book w/ a fairly solid reputation would just leave. Have to assume they'll be back up and running shortly.

I spoke to CS ten minutes ago and they are updating the site. It is down and will be up as soon as possible.

Boy, you'd think they'd figure out how to send an email saying they have an update going thorugh and the site will be down.

Sh!t, I get 3 to 5 emails from they a WEEK from them with promotional bits!

Just frustrating, especialy with the offshore industry being volitale to say the least.

I got a big sum of money at BMaker, and it's a bit annoying when this happens. However, I don't get too concerned unless it persists for an extended period of time.
