Their IT system must be run by a bunch of bloody monkeys, they are the only sportsbook that consistently doesn't work on my iPhone or iPad too.

That's Pinnacle: excellent customer service, excellent odds (perhaps the best), but awful technical level for connexion and access to website(perhaps the worst, always down...)

How can you tolerate an IT department that is so bad? It probably costs them 100k for every hour the site is down on game day.

Just received word back from Pinnacle (SBR Rated A+) regarding this issue gentlemen and here was there official statement on this matter.

Dear Sir,

We are currently experiencing technical problems with our site.

Our IT Department is working to get the problem solved as soon as possible.

We estimate that we will be back up in about half an hour, but we can not confirm this time frame.

We regret this situation and will advise you when the problem is solved.

PinnacleSports should've alternate URLs like 5Dimes or TheGreek does incase their URL is down or experiencing high traffic.

Not working for me.

Can get the website, but can't log in. Not rejecting the login - just not connecting and I get the "That page is not available" IE window (same with FF, Chrome).

The worst website on the internet - and one of the richest ones.

Can someone post some mirror sites that may work please?

Edit : Finally got in. This is becoming a regular thing - need to allow about 20 minutes of effort before getting into Pinny. Pathetic.
