Bet 365 not paying me lately

First of all, I have only made $1 bets so it's no great loss to me, but still!

they have not been paying out in live cricket and I cannot send them any emails or messages, their server won't let me. Could there be a glitch?

Only one of these was a lost bet (40th I think), all others were winners.

I wanted to start making larger bets as I was just testing the waters with the $1's.
