We reported what we had been told by the operations manager at that time.
Four hours after being given that update, a new message was sent to us last night introducing additional evidence. The new evidence is said to suggest that Zach 1. is connected to multiple accounts, 2. attempted to deposit with a CC to multiple accounts, 3. received the ~$6,000 in profit from what was dubbed an obvious chip-dump from two other CC depositors. We were also told that Zach's details also popped up in the central fraud software used by many industry sportsbooks and poker rooms, and that there were seven entries which resolved to him.
We're asking for additional details in support of this new evidence in order to confirm the fraud/********** scheme.Comment -
The accounts involved have all been closed AND the funds they deposited are being refunded back to their cards.

Please post the username's or account numbers and the affiliated site, as I would love to hear this also. And thank you Lou for looking into this further and continued patience. Are there any debts that have not been fully paid off? And perhaps the biggest question I have is, why take my bets in the first place or let me make a deposit? Seems a little sketchy that this is an issue only after I win....I have had this account at Betonline for a long time, and have been paid out beforehand, so maybe I am missing something here.Comment -

Usually when u request payouts books look further into your play for things like this and then they catch u, thats why they let u play because they don't know about it yet. Hey Zach if SBR says so and Betonline im pretty sure your out of gas and a book like this will not lie about this for a measly 7k. Get over it u got caught and your getting your original deposits back and now u lost all your credibilty with SBR if u ever need them in the future.Comment -
I guess i jumped to conclusions and should have waited the outcome of this case before posting what i did. I apologize for my original post as i thought this cheating scumbag was actually getting screwed over by your site. I will be giving your site a try in the future.f*ck this place after reading all this bullsh*t i won't be depositing on there. i play poker and bet sports so i wanted to have a poker room to play at too. knowing this joke site me and another player will sign up for the same heads up sng a few times and they will claim i know the person and not pay me.

Well when they were doing things like asking me to provide both my last names and not answering my questions I certainly thought they were a scam and I repeatedly posted that. Especially when I considered the posts being made by Zach. But in the end they paid me, they PM'ed me and explained most of the problems/delays with my payout. They made a reference that part of the problem "might" be with some processors they were using but for the most part they explained they "screwed up" and apologized.
Looks like I was wrong as well. I'm happy to admit that and I wish BOL nothing but the best.Comment -
For the record,
We have confirmed that Zach attempted to deposit to a total of two BetOnline accounts using the same CC. Both accounts were linked by IP. We have also confirmed that Zach has scammed a total of seven gaming sites. Each one had a poker room. The notes for each entry contained either CC or checking acct fraud.
The card Zach used at BOL will be refunded. The two CC's of his accomplices in the chip-dump will also have their cards refunded.Comment
