      "Spamming the messageboard likely doesn’t help?" Not sure you could call anything done here as "spam." Who's been involved in "spamming?" Warning other players that the book is giving you the run around and not paying out so they don't also get scammed is not even close to the definition of spam.

      Fwiw, been over 24 hrs. since the last e-mail I received from them stating they'd get back to me within 24hrs.

        Like I said, I wasn't trying to attack "Lou" or anyone else on SBR for that matter. They are just trying to help, and I am sure it's a very busy time of year. They do all of this free of charge for us players (aka degens) lol, so just wanted to make that clear. But also, I don't like having my name tarnished or people thinking of me as a scam. I'm sure the book doesn't mind that reputation, but I do. That is the reason of this post, to clear my name, and by the end of this investigation that is exactly what should happen. Scammers get caught, honest people should get paid money that they legitimately won. If I had lost that $1k deposit do you guys think that Betonline would be conducting an investigation on my behalf? HELL NO

            Oh I'm not attacking anyone either, just pointing out that there's nothing here that could even be twisted into "spam." If what you, I or anyone else posted or were saying was untrue then I could see it being labeled as "flaming." But it's not spam.

            Zach, I don't know, if I had the kind of cash you have out there I might not be so vocal, I probably would STFU. Maybe that makes you a better man then I. But fact is I don't. As long as they give me the run around and delay my payout I'll keep posting the actions they're taking. Bottom line is others should be warned not to deposit money with these guys. If they pay me out I'll happily post they did.

              $7k is peanuts, if they had half a brain they would have known what I bet on games lol. Would have most likely lost this back plus some deposits during the year. Now, someone else will get that business.

                LOL, Ok... maybe I should have said "richer" man then I. I wouldn't consider 7K peanuts... what they owe me is peanuts. But I keep thinking the same thing. If they'd just paid out this one I'd probably be into for something by mid season. It would have been one of two options- they would have had more of my funds or more of my losses.

                  OK guys,

                  Just had a much better phone conversation with "JP" and both sides were calm. He is sending me a security form (where I must sign and verify my deposit of $1k) and send back to him. He says he wants to get this resolved before he leaves in 1 hour. So for now, I will do that, and post the results later. He was more friendly today, and props in that regard.

                      I think they are finally trying to do the right thing, just took them a while. I was told to call back tomorrow around noon (I sent in the form) and they would let me know the updated status of my account.

                          .........I'm gonna brush this reply off my shoulders as I am sure he meant nothing by it, but everything I have posted has 100% been warranted. Been waiting over a week now, have not spammed any boards, rather I am just informing my fellow sportsbettors how a company is giving me the shaft in hopes of potentially saving them thousands upon thousands of dollars that they will likely load up for football season. So as I said "lou" again I appreciate everything you guys do and continue to do, but coming at me like that is not appropriate in the regard....and as far as yelling at "random employees" that was a phone conversation I had with the poker manager "JP or JT" I forget which now...and it got heated only after I had gotten every excuse in the book. Every single excuse he had, I had an honest response to. Like I said, I am calling now.

                          We're told that by latest tomorrow we'll have a complete insight into why the red flags were raised. To clarify, you can make 500 posts in the next 24 hours if you want to... it won't effect the conclusion of your complaint, but since you reached out to SBR I would say it may be unnecessary. We're working on your behalf, I can promise you that.

                              Cool, thanks for keeping me posted. They told me to hit them up tomorrow around noon (they said that's when upper management would be in)...so at this point, everything is done on my end. I have sent all paperwork, and provided all explanations. Let's hope they can give us some definitive explanation tomorrow, as I'm sure most would agree that this has been a pretty big headache for me and should have/ could have been avoided or at least not prolonged to this extent.

                                  was supposed to get an answer today, but after numerous calls to "JP" I have yet to receive an answer on my account. He said call at noon, I did (he was in a meeting that would last 2 hours---it lasted 5hrs). 7 hours later, 25 different excuses later, I still have no damn answer. WTF, I'm really trying to be patient here but honestly this is highway robbery.

                                    So JP straight up just lied to me, said he would call me back with a for sure case-closing decision in less than an hour. Assured me 100% that he would call me before he left the office, gave him an hour and a half, and called back. Guess what, he left the office and didn't call. Pretty shady...a person can only take so much

                                      LOL, now I call back and the account has been reopened....but they say they have no record of me requesting a payout. I am sending another request for a payout now to their email address (thats how you must request payouts on their site...kinda weird) anyway, glad my account is finally back open and let's see if/how long it takes to get paid.                                               If their entire workforce weren't high out of their minds, then maybe I would have this settled by now. So tired of being flat out lied to by them. There word is about as useful as a pile of burning shit in my hands. I informed them (after telling me 100% I would have an answer on Monday---2days ago) that if it isnt resolved today I am posting on every forum I can find about how they have screwed me over.

                                                            I'm not holding my breath. You've merely passed through the hoop of having the pleasure of requesting a payout. If you get the same treatment I got you've got 2,3 or 4 more hoops to jump through. Let us all know when they state they'd like to pay you but need both your last names.

                                                              BetOnline's operation manager stated this afternoon that the player will be able to proceed with his payout. His account is now fully turned on.

                                                              The reason the account was under investigation was for suspected chip-dumping. Two players who both deposited by CC were seen as dumping their funds to Zach. The two players have not provided any documentation for their cards or provided ID. BetOnline believes that a charge reversal is likely from each of those players. Though the determination was initially made of chip-dumping by the fraud manager, due to the lack of hard evidence linking the accounts (beyond hand history and some circumstantial evidence) the decision was made to immediately reopen Zach's account and clear it for payment.

                                                                I'm happy to see that Zach is going to get his cash back, but the more valuable lesson here is that screaming at the customer service people and being less than helpful on live chat is not going to make anyone want to do anything extra to help you out.

                                                                I understand that this book was less than trustworthy, and I appreciate Zach calling that to our attention, but most places aren't going to soil their reputation over a four or five-figure account.

                                                                  Exactly i didn't believe this guy could win that kind of money playing online poker in that little time unless he is a pro which by what he was saying doesn't seem so. I play poker all the time and i know how hard it is to win that kind of money without going threw some sh-it. My guess is he is lucky that they are a good company.
                                                                  But i am glad he got his money back i don't believe some chip dumping is worth losing all his $.
