It doesn't take a lawyer to see your argument is horribly flawed--it's just common sense. Blaming M.G for processing a money transfer is idiotic. Kind of like blaming Mobil for causing your car crash, because you last filled up there. "If not for the damn gas station, my car would have been just fine".

What argument is that? I was just saying m.g. Knows what it is doing is techinically not right per US reg but like all loopholes they get around it. The player is the one sending funds to some random person with 2 last names in Costa Rica who he has no relationship with, M$G is just transferring funds between these people. Note that M$G is not sending the funds to BETED Sportsbook and casinos so they have no way to know that the receiver is affiliated with a gaming company. The player is the one knowingly participating in an illegal transaction not M$G.

Fair enough, perhaps I read more into your post(s) than was there. Given the vast volume of M.G. transactions, I'll "bet" that gambling related transfers are a relatively small % of their business. Regardless, I think it'd be impossible for M.G. to analyze every P2P to determine its legality.

You raise a good point. If Cory is successful in suing RX, it would open the gates for the 5D casino "victims" to sue SBR under the same reasoning (forum ruling favorably for a sponsor book).

No sharpcat threads were deleted. One he made titled something along the lines of "We shouldn't support Cory1111" was moved to Players Talk as trying to drum up non-support for a poster is not suitable for the Sportsbook and Industry subforum.

Which I assume he understood because he then retooled the title and tried again with a thread that IS relevant to sportsbook and the industry as a whole.

And that thread remains in the Sportsbook subforum although it seems to have died down now.
