#2Any non SBR affiliated book would be safe. BetIslands has a good promo going on too. Carib also a safe choice. BetJam would be the ONLY SBR book I would post at now. Fishie has backed them in this time of turmoil. Dont play at Greek they are ran by the same BM *****.Comment -

#4That post makes no sense. Greek and BetJam have common ownership, which is not linked to BM.Comment -

#5So why did they go after Bookmaker?Comment -

#7They go after the larger big name books and leave the little fish alone. Play at a smaller less known book and you will be ok.Comment -

#10The cops opened up a fake processor sting operation mainly to nab tilt and stars but in the process got UB and bookmaker got caught in it for a while, but from what i read beted had alot of the part in this not really bookmaker. I dont even think anyone from beted got arrested. The investigation lasted 2 years and from what i read they really didn't want to do anything just the hit on tilt and stars triggered this from what i understand last month, that was a branch in NY and this was a branch in Baltimore. I think thats all in a nutshell let me not stress enough this took 2years to nab 11 domain names obviously bookmaker.com which now from what i read they cant touch because its not a .com anymore so my educated guess would be not to worry to much anymore as i read the case is coming to an end. I hope this helps give u a piece of mind and i did have some $ on beted but im writing it off as a loss and maybe i will get an unexpected gift by christmas.Comment -

#12i personally would give it a few days /weeks, but just my opinion, people will probly start giving me abuse as there is some morons on this site who just like to disagree with everything. Bookmaker must have a few issues still to sort out so id give it time.Comment -

#15Top rated Books; example - Bookmaker are well funded and I would be confident that they will have good intentions with regards to the handling of player funds but common sense would dictate that your money is safer in your bank account than any books while all this is going on.Comment -

#17im gonna wait it out. i think ultimately the books will be fine. i dont really bet mlb though, im just dabbling in the nba n nhl playoffs and maybe a bit of mls, ill use my local even though his lines are bad for mls. come football season i should be back online.
honestly, if i had funds already on a site, i wouldnt be in a hurry to bring em out either. i dont think its a great idea to deposit anywhere just yet, would like to see if bookmaker and dsi players get paid first.Comment -

#25For the $200 or less small timers(like me), just use person to person pay the outrageous payout fees, and you should be ok. I truly feel sorry for the american arbers and big bettors that have to move a lot of money. Sux!Comment -
