    My mail to cservice@instantactionsports.com>
I have made withdrawal request via livechat. Unfortunately your support Simone, inform me about too high fees. My fees should be equivalent of 60$ not 60 euro. Please update my payout fees.

              IAS answer

The fees we charged a direct reflection of what Moneybookers charges us, since you are taking money out in EUR we have to charge you in EUR in order to cover for what Moneybookers charges us. The charge is 60EUR for the amount you are requesting not $60.

              Regards,

              Cathy Jones
              3,751EUR= 5,809 USD

              $60 ($2501 to 5000) + 16$ (2% of 809$) = 76$ (49EUR)

IAS fees is one of the highest on the planet, but ....can be higher

I was informed when i signed up to the sportsbook that any withdrawal would incur a charge of 60($,£,€) according to the currency of the sign up. Can this overcharge be fixed?

Obviously £60 which my account is, is far more than $60.

The longer this thread goes on the worse this looks for IAS.

First it was winnings they took
Whenthat failed they tried to take the bonus
Now that has failed they are taking higher WD charges (and then lying that it was a mistake)

If you were informed of it from the start there is nothing that can be done. If the print specifically said 60 USD, you should challenge it.

IAS offer a new bonus, very similar to last action of IAS
                          Instantactionsports - 25% bonus
                          - Deposit from 200 Euros up to 1500 Euros & receive 25% bonus with your Moneybookers Cash in (10x roll over)
                          - Deposit above 1500 Euros & receive 15% bonus (10x roll over)

                          Terms and Conditions:
                          1. 10x roll over sports (bonus+deposit)
                          2. No minimum odds
                          3. This offer is valid until July 23rd, 2008
                          4. No winnings can be requested if the roll over hasn't been met
                          5. Euros equivalent to USD and/or GBP
Next trap for a "non amateurs" players? In my opinion yes. After big troubles with last month promotion, Ias offer almost the same promotion, with no rules info regarding "non amateurs" players.
Maybe I am not smart enough , to understand IAS policy

I have been waiting for a withdrawal here for over 2 weeks now and have been told 3 times that due to an overflow of payments they have been having some problems.

They continue to promise payment in 48 hours but none has been forthcoming.

The complaints form did not work for me so I have e-mailed my complaint.

Have they offered you an alternate method of payment?

After being promised Monday for payment, I waited to Tuesday to contact live chat - this is their response for this week

"unfortunately there has been a delay due to an overflow of payment sir

at this time the accounting department is funding our Moneybookers Merchant account

unfortunately this type of transaction take a little longer sir

we will have your payment send to your Moneybookers account as soon as possible sir

since we have a Merchant account sir, it takes longer since the funds are much larger"

Then I was told to expect funds no longer than this week!!!

I can definitely understand why books like InstantActionSports don't keep there Ewallets like Moneybooks loaded at all times, however this is starting to get ridiculous. It seems like they are just waiting on other players to deposit via that payment solution, so they can pay you with that money.

This payment transaction should have been done a long time ago Dave. Now it's going to take you roughly another 7-10 days to get the same exact answer from them most likely.

I joined IAS and received a 50% sign up bonus. I then placed around 3-4 bets a week with them for a couple of months, everything seemed to be going smoothly. They had decent limits and decent odds on baseball.

the problem occured when i tried to make a payout. I had turned £796 into over £2,000 completely legitimately. I requested the payout over livechat and was told I would have the money within a week. quite a wait i thought but couldnt really do anything about it.

I then received documentation from them saying i had been running multiple account and they were withholding my £398 bonus and £1721 winnings. I obviously queried what evidence they had that i was running multiple accounts, as knew they hadnt any as I had done nothing of the sort.

They still havent provided any evidence, what they have said is some other account had placed wagers off the same IP address and therefore they were keeping my winnings. In effect what they are saying is i never had a chance of winning with them, I could only lose. If i win, they hold winnings,if i lose they keep my stake money.

I have queried with them who this other account is and whether they have held his winnings and they have ignored me. They have the other day paid me £798 into moneybookers, which is my stake money but I find it amazing they are tring to get away with this.

I have sent a couple of complaints through to SBR but heard nothing back, how would you guys suggest i go forward, im potentially £2119 down here ?

Thanks in advance for any help

Having waited for bets to settle put in a withdrawl request for £2936 to moneybookers on 09/07/08 incurring £60 wdl fee.

05/08/08 they told me were having moneybookers funding problems and would i accept bank wire , which i said yes to.

20/08/08 they are now saying the payment was returned as bank details not correct , can i accept payment by neteller.

I have said yes and wonder if I will ever see my funds , coming up for 6 weeks now.

EDIT - 20/08/08 Finally received full payment to neteller.

I have just made a strange experience regarding their withdrawal fees.

They don't publish any fees on their website now, it only says
"All payouts fees will be covered by the clients."

So I was very surprised when I was told that my Moneybookers withdrawal of EUR 3100 incurred a fee of EUR 60 since MB only charge 0.50 EUR for a money transfer.
They told me that merchant have to pay much higher fees and they only charge me what they have to pay to MB.

I could not believe that MB really charges that much and asked there for their merchant fees.
They did not want to tell me, but got in contact with IAS. A few days later they informed me that Cathy Jones had confirmed there was no such withdrawal fee at IAS and that my withdrawal was free. For further information they gave me a contact address of Cathy.
Since I had already waited a week for my money, I contacted Cathy and mentioned the good news from MB. She asked me who had given me that information and made clear that they do charge 60 EUR, because they have to pay that much for transfer and currency exchange.
I forwarded that response to MB and they contacted IAS again. Now I have a new response according to which Cathy confirmed: There is no withdrawal fee, the 60 EUR is for currency conversion only because they have an USD account.

If this was no lie, withdrawals in USD via MB would be free. Can anybody confirm that?
I received my payment from fredeur@linkspacesa.com. This address looks like it is only for EUR payments. So there would be no currency exchange justifying the fee.
From what address did you receive your payments?

Hi, I have same problem like sassasdave. I deposited money(neteller) and recieved bonus. I rollovered it 10 times and I have applied for a withdrawall (neteller). They said me that I recieved it in two days on my neteller account. After a week it was not still on my account. So I chated with them and they promised me it will be on my account on end of week, because they have an overflow of payments. At the end of a week it wasn´t still on my account, so I contacted them again and they said to me they have an overflow of payments, but I´m on the top of their payment list. But after a week I didn´t recieved it again. Can you give me an advice please???

AYE , stay clear of this lot , did'nt you read the thread first before depositing, if so, you brought it on yourself. They are going under and this is a common ploy of late payments, you might see your money again but be warned it is someone else's deposit or loss that pays your withdrawal.

As opposed to the money they should have been printing in the back room? It's a crappy business when other people's losses AREN'T paying your withdrawals, not when they are.

They are trying to pull the exact same thing on me. When trying to withdraw after fulfilling all bonus rollover requirements (which they confirmed I have met), they just told me over the phone that they deem me a non-recreational player and will retroactively confiscate my bonus, fees, and a proportional amount of my winnings(!) if I want to withdraw. They gave me the option to leave my initial deposit and bonus and fees in my account to continue wagering, but it sounds like if I do that I will never be able to withdraw that remaining money, as the winnings confiscation will happen retroactively.

I am submitting a form to SBR and hopefully this can get resolved.
