It's certainly a concern, but until an A book actually does, I think it's important not to jump to fear and/or panic.

Also, what seems to continue to be overlooked by some, is that these books have not actually LEFT the US market ala Pinnacle/Matchbook but rather have ceased accepting new US clients. That's a BIG difference. Furthermore, Bill has posted at least twice that he expects the Jazzette-related books (sportsbook.com, hollywood, etc.) to return for football and that their move was to prevent a huge influx of poker players looking to open accounts in the aftermath of Black Friday. So in some cases, the move may not even be permanent.

Believe me, I'm as pessimistic as they come, and I encourage everyone to do their own due diligence in keeping an eye on things, but I don't think the US-facing sportsbook industry is collapsing as some may fear.

It has become harder and harder for some to deposit in and/or cash out. There will always be a few creative ways if one uses their brain, but for the most part moving out of the country is an appealing option. Just to use Pinnacle, Matchbook, and/or Betfair.

Also Utah is added to a similar list of states that no checks can be sent to. I will keep the board notified as updates are confirmed as I am a player as well that works at a book
Doubt it's only NY and Utah. The super power known as America has a $14.3 Trillion Dollar debt. Not billion; but Trillion. The Assholes running America have added $9 trillion in new debt since 2000. So most likely what's really going on is that behind the scenes; the Wall Street gang that's running America is probably blackmailing the off shore sites to either pay them "tax revenue" or get out of America

                Just logged in to SIA...........

                they said:
Sorry, our gaming services are not available in your region.

Tried to get more info on chat and they wouldn't say anything else other than that. And I've been a client long before they decided not to accept new US clients.

I'll be leaving the USA soon. I'll return when the revolution starts. I see Barry Soetoro aka Obama signed the NDAA Bill that allows him to order the military into American cities and round up U.S. citizens on suspicion alone of being a threat to the career corrupt politicians.

Why so few people are speaking up? Thomas Jefferson said tyrany will succeed when good people remain silent.

Did they close it because you were winning, or because of where you live?
