I can't express how much I wish I had found this site earlier......
Two weeks ago when they shut down all the Poker sites, I remembered I put $75 on Sportsbook.com some time ago and saw they had poker and were open to US. So I put in $300. Went through without a hitch and I started playing.

However, after it showed up as $300 in my pending, it switched over to $302.50 without notice. They claimed ignorance. I've used this bank card/checking account with sportsbook.com before without fees. Ticked me off, but whatever. Problem #1.

Anyway, things have been going well and I more than doubled my bankroll, so I decided to cash out. They claimed that my past documents were no good anymore. So I sent in another file with them. It's been almost a week and nothing. Problem #3.

Then I hear they are going to close down to new US players on May 1st. Ticked off since I asked Live Chat on 4/24 whether or not they were foreseeing any problem and being told they won't have any troubles and to go ahead and deposit.... I went to Live Chat again to ask about this news. The Live Chat rep tells me flat out "none of that is true." I ask again. Once again: "we have no problems AT THE MOMENT." Emphasis is mine. I ask about why she stated like that and reference the article and May 1st AGAIN... and this time she says "oh that? Yea, we're closed down to new US customers on May 1st." So frustrating. Problem #4.

THEN, I get a frantic phone call this morning from my bank about FOUR MORE charges, all for $302.50, all from ********... the same amount and person that the original $302.50 went through four days ago. Problem #5.

It never stops with these guys. Wish I had found this site first. Ugh.

You would think with the web site www.sportsbook.com that they would be a quality/top notch book considering all the traffic they must get.

    What happened over there?

That I can't count, obviously. LOL.

I left out that they flat out admitted that cash outs were going to take between 2-3 weeks at minimum, regardless of what it tells me otherwise.

The problem is just because of their name (sportsbook.com) that every time an unaware player googles the word sportsbook, they are the first book that comes up. Thankfully so many of us are starting to become aware of these forums and know who to stay away from.

Not a good book at all. They just have the best name around for a web domain.

They should sell the domain to someone who know how to run this business.

D- book for a reason...I almost deposited there a while ago too, before I found SBR. It sucks they will sucker in any clueless gambler that doesn't know about SBR because of their domain name, but it's the way she goes I guess.
