Funny someone called me at work today when I never get calls at work. I work at the college and they have a week off, so everybody knows the college is close upset for some maintenance we are doing. I am just wondering if it was linked to this scam, which I don't think it is. Since I never gave out my office number to any book and just started working 8 months ago.

I assume someone stole the database here. Which shown a couple of hours ago. What part of the database they stole, and should we change our password if they have taken more then just basic files.

They're going after sportsbooks, not posters. So they're pretending they work at SBR and are attempting to get various books to buy advertising space here. Of course if/when they received payment, they'd disappear.

But as it says in the article, if anyone knows who is behind this, SBR will pay a reward for actionable information.
