#810Not me, tnx for the offer
I'd rather lend $1000 to a Thai crack whore hooker than send it to easystreet losers.
Chances you will see your money again is about even ,neither of them have the money to pay you back .

#811the promo is dogshit and the book sucks ass...i think we can all agree...but for 46k i can promise you that i would have no problem at least "agreeing" to a lie detector test to see if EZ would actually follow through with flying me to CR and giving me the chance to prove my skills...sure, it sucks that it would come to that, but if you guys knew of all the crooked charge back scamming shit cory had done, you wouldnt be so one-sided on your opinions...
so one must ask...if cory had nothing to hide and can, in fact, play perfect for so long without missing a beat and not even pause his play while winning huge jackpots, why didnt he tell EZ to send that plane ticket and he would be there ready for any test they asked him to do? what is it that you have to hide, cory? why were you so against taking the lie detector test? again, it sucks that you would have to do that, but it is what it is...why not just take it and collect your winnings...
and in case you are wondering...nobody, and i mean nobody gives a flying fukk if someone is blacklisted by wizardofodds...he has all the mgm casinos blacklisted for god sakes...
sorry to drag this thread on and on and keep it bumping... im a skeptical asshole like that...
fwiw, cory, i really do hope you get paid, but i hope you have to prove yourself first as well...Comment -

#812There are very few no-deposit offers out there. Basically this is a 100% bonus on your deposit with a 12x RO. They had this promo before the Cory incident and they have paid out on it. I hope to collect as well. And yes it is reasonable.Last edited by HedgeHog; 04-28-11, 05:48 AM.Comment -

#813I hope they pay all the players with corys money. On a side note I find it funny how he always says easy street stole 46k. Why doesnt he talk about the thousands he stole from other sportsbooks, his answer is "No Comment"
Meaning its okay for this deadbeat to scam but as soon as the same thing happens he cries like a little girl. Writing this right now has brought a big smile to my face I think I'm going to play on Easy Street to hopefully win and get Corys moneyComment -

#819no, it really doesnt and just leads some to believe you are hiding something....if thats what it takes to collect 46k and you have nothing to hide, why not take the free trip out to cr? and i do agree that it sucks that you would have to do it, but these are extremely odd circumstances with extremely odd winnings and with you having horrible credibility and shady as hell past with sportsbooks, it just seems like you would jump at the opportunity to prove your skills and help yourself get paid...as it stands, you look like a guy who has something to hide and sitting back ripping on a shitty sportsbook isnt going to get you paid...why wouldnt you take the necessary steps to getting paid?
sorry to ask all this now, i simply didnt pay any attention to the debacle when it hit the forums a few weeks agoComment -

#820Raydog, I have nothing to hide. Easystreetsports.com is the one hiding things(e.g. full casino logs). I sent them all cash and I have never been accused of cheating in a casino. NO person should have to fly to a foreign country to get paid.It was just one of many excuses of easystreet not payin me. All you need to know is that Easystreet doesnt pay and is blacklisted.Comment -

#821okay, i totally understand that nobody should have to jump through hoops and fly to another country to get paid, but it seems like you dont realize that the only chance you have or had to get paid, was to go there and prove yourself ... i guess you are wealthy enough that 46k doesnt matter... that being said, i would have still taken the free trip and if i failed the test, so be it, i got a free trip out of the deal... the very worst that could have happened was that you would be proven a fraud .... and with an already horrible reputation that you have, why would you care about that anyways?
i dunno, just seems that if you had nothing to hide, you would have jumped on the opportunity... im really trying to understand... i guess getting paid really isnt that important to youComment -

If EZ selected a polygraph company in Costa Rica, they could set the sensitivity so high that anything Cory said would be reported as a lie. Cory offered to have a neutral 3rd party (Michael Shackleford aka Wizard of Odds) pick a fair polygraph tester, but EZ didn't agree.Comment -

#823The lie detector would not prove anything. It was only a PR device.

The Wizard of Odds proposal was not made until after easystreet announced their final decision. Why?Comment -

for a guy who supposedly is able to play fast and flawless world class video poker, the guy seems like a complete moron for not agreeing to all the terms of getting paid...why not at least agree to everything and see where that got me...if EZ then made excuses, well then thats a different story, but at least call their bluff and go from there...his reluctance to the terms leads to great skepticism
if it takes making a trip there and jumping through hoops to get paid, just do it...take the free trip and hope for the best...it might actually help the guys reputation a bit if he proved his skills... damn, sitting around on his ass bitching about the book isnt going to get him a penny
also, do you think a top rated book with a lot of money would even bat an eye at paying him? or do you think that the circumstances are truly that odd and even the best books in the world would question the legitimacy of his perfect play?Comment -

I personally know someone who was interrogated by detectives and hooked up to a lie detector test and passed (aka, lied and it was not detected). Sharpy, I know you think you know everything, but maybe you should do a little research before you try to present things as facts.Comment -

#827Its funny that someone who appears to be pretty intelligent believes that "lie detectors" are fool proof. Lie Detectors are nothing more than machines that measures certain changes in the body and thus are interpreted (very key point here) by the person administering the test. Meaning you could have 3 different "experts" analyze the results and come up with 3 different results.

I said there is no sensitivity setting on a lie detector test all you can do is either manipulate the data or ask trick questions.Comment -

#828I agree that the smartest thing he could have done is just jump through the hoops. However I think zero chance exists of him seeing money now because of all the threads he has started and accusations that have flown. I know it sucks to have to do but clearly it was the only way you were going to potentially get paid. But the 46k means enough to you to bump the threads in forums 10 times a day but not enough to take a free trip to Costa Rica + 150.00 per day per diem? (I believe that's what it was). I don't think any of it is right anymore. But also to say Easystreet does not pay is not true... you are the only person they did not pay. aside from an old shitty forum that was run by a P.O.S that in all likelihood ran off with the contest funds. Also this was never reported to SBR as a formal dispute thus SBR never had a chance to even attempt to solve the situation.Comment -

#829Where did anyone prove he played flawless? because a not named expert with questionable judgement manually looked at some logs? EzStreet should write a Program (a bot if you will) run the entire logs through the program and determine if he played perfectly and report the results.Comment -

Technically, you are correct. The sensitivity of the test is chosen by the polygraph examiner, not the polygraph itself.Comment -

#833I beg to differ. Cory filed a formal complaint, which starts the dispute investigation process regardless of whether EZStreet wanted to be a part of it. EZStreet initially was involved, and provided some information to SBR. SBR investigated the dispute, and concluded that EZStreet unfairly stole 46k from the player.Comment -
