Pinnacle Sports is the best overall IMO...if your in the US, Bodog/DSI/Bookmaker/BetJam/5Dimes are good choices

You will have to check with the book to see if they accept CC.

Look into 5dimes. They make you validate before you use your CC so not as easy as Bodog, but they're WAY better.

agreed. Since signing up on Betfair, I find myself using it more and more everyday. I wish the liquidity was a bit higher for NBA but besides that it's an awesome book.

But they require alot of paper forcredit card deposit. This is not the best place for his request IMO

Eumm...Bet365 stay my first option for the live betting. They're offered alot of lines on live soccer games.. Like how many corners in the rest of the game. I think this is stupid bet for recreational sportsbettor. But you will never find this kind of lines at betfair becozz nobody lay them.

Yep, 5dimes. Your money is safe, and you can get reduced juice. Baseball season is coming, and you can get 5 cent overnight lines. Ten cent lines on the other major sports, along with one of the largest selection of wagering options.
