#6BO is better than BP IMO. I've played at both and if I HAD to go back to one it would be BO but it will never happen.
A B book that is an advertiser here might be a C shop to me. A B book that doesn't advertise might be an A book. As long as SBR is accepting advertising dollars from these books they will be unable to give an unbiased review of the operation.
SBR does not equal consumer reports of the online sportsbook word.Comment -

#7Slow payouts just like BP but will not limit winning players quite as quickly.
BP offers reduced juice which is a huge incentive compared to BOL who does not offer reduced juice to new players nor do they offer any type of player incentive aside from little promos such as the "wilt effect" which offer the player little to no value.
BP has a much lower hold % on big ML's.
If I had to choose one I would rather play at BP but in my opinion neither book offers any reason to be a B and only receive these ratings because they pay to be sponsors at SBR. 2-3 weeks for check withdrawals from these 2 books is absurd compared to the timeframe many other books deliver in.Comment -

#8I ask this all of the time--why isn't BetOnline an A book, esp now with software issues behind us?
We pay *** and Moneybookers and usually ** and ** in less than a day. And we ALWAYS pay.
We also have higher limits than most other books.. who else is offering 10k on NBA spreads and 5k on totals? Who else runs totals for EVERY college bk game (only A books if at all)? Who else does a dime line out to 200 for MLB? Who else (for ALL players incl US) gives game day Champions League MoneyLine, Spread and Total limits at $2500? Hell we still even have open parlay spots for seven days.
Who else has concession bets (Wilt effect, Nil nil, What the Puck, Shutout Bailout, Halftime Surrender, etc)?
Who else bonuses up to $900 on deposits?
We're best for bonuses, best for MLB (hands down for prices/limits combo), most deposit options (can even take money orders), have a choice for user interfaces, been in business forever and always pay.
Fishhead puts us ahead of Bodog (probably in part 'cause we do book to book, they don't); we're doing everything we can to get to an A.

You guys are raping players!!!!!
Why not inform the players about loyalty points being cancelled until 2 weeks after canceling the program?
Why did it take you guys 12 business days to FEDEX me a check 2 weeks ago?
Honestly you think you should be an A book when you can not deliver payouts in a timely fashion and all you offer players is dimelines in bases (which just about everybody offers) and higher betting limits?
What is the point of high betting limits if you guys have reportedly been limiting winning players accounts?
Is it not true that you guys have ties to disgraced book BetOnSports who stole players funds and ran? Do you think this makes you guys a trustworthy book for high limit players to leave a large balance with?
Don't get me wrong several months ago I thought you guys were on course to being an A book but you guys have drastically veered off course over the last 3-4 months.Comment -

#13I went back to betonline today, after a two month hiatus. And I find that all my loyalty points have been wiped out. I understand that betonline can finish the program, but the points already earned should be valid. They did not send any notification, I get their weekly newsletter and not a mention. Not a big deal, but I am not happy with that.Comment -

You have a $500 a week payout limit at *** (even though you can deposit 20k a day via this method). This needs to be at least 10x higher, preferably 20x. Sporstbook.com (d-) has no wd limit via this method. Carib allows 5k per day.
You have not once offered all NCAAB totals, only this week did you start offering all but the added games.Comment -

#16I like Betonline, but I agree the juice they charge on Moneylines is not competitive.
One positive that should be mentioned is that BOL will transfer with other books, unlike BP. And if you are a good customer they will bring you down to Panama and show you a good time.

#25I am so sick of Marshal Miller or whoever the **** it is that keeps emailing me this garbage spam about their casino. A+ books DO NOT email their clients SPAM. Hell, it is a rarity to get an email from BETJM, Greek, 5Dimes or most any other book unless I email them first. I went in to live chat last week asked to be taken off the email list and phone list and I have unsubscribed every email they have sent to no avail.Comment -

#35all my points have vanished
I gave these guys alot of action, and made several large (losing) deposits along the way. I worked my way up and had a point balance of 183,531 which was all wiped out. I was aiming for 200,000 points so that I could get a $1000 freeplay. Without warning they terminate the program and take my points down with it.
"A" books would never do this.Comment
