Why do you spend so much time, money, and effort on you're website and drawing in customers... yet your customer service never answers, and it takes hours to grade a wager. My 4:30 PM wager on Portland was just graded 3 hours late. I tried to get into chat to get my buffalo wager graded and nobody is responding. Are you outsourcing your customer service? I noticed last night my late night basketball wagers were graded within minutes. Yet this is the second time i've had an early game go hours without grading. Is your customer service in New Zealand? If you are outsourcing find someone else. If they are your employees you need to
them into shape. You have a great idea, but if you want to claim you are the pinnacle for American players you need to grade your wagers faster and be available on customer service when you say you will be.
You also don't have a customer service phone # to speak of.
I am just giving you honest feedback. I know it's my choice where to keep my money. If you can't afford quality customer service because of your lines then raise the line a cent or two. The best thing about your site is the betting options, not the price. After GP fees, you aren't much better as far as lines go then a book like Matchbook or heritage.
