No, offers that were up before the outage and then were left up when they came back up...should absolutely not stand and you would totally agree if it was you who got screwed.

So, did your bets stand or were they canceled?? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Yes Ron that is what I said in the quote that you put in your reply. All open offers should be cancelled when the book goes offline but when the site comes back online like it did last night and more offers were matched, those matched bets should stand.The site was up and down about 4 times total last night. When the site first came back online was when the cowboys were still leading the game and I got the Giants +3.5 and ML at a price fairly comparable to Pinnacle's live price and that bet stood and was graded as a win in the end. Hopefully no one got burnt and had any open offers matched while the site was offline.

Then it sounds like yours were new offers. I'm wondering if anybody took a line that was left up from before they went down and if that got cancelled. For instance, the over 45 -500 that I briefly saw.

Just got home right now and I see that matchbook has decided to void all bets for last nights action many hours after the bets had already been graded as wins. ******* unbelievable.I cannot believe this. I bet the NYG live at lines similar to pinnacle.This is unbelievable. Matchbook has been down in the past and the bets have never ever been voided. I cannot believe this

u cannot hold people responsible for offers put up before the outages. i think mb made the right call. although they should have suspended markets immedietly upon being back up.

i had wagers on the game and were not cancelled (they were not live betting though)

You'd think they would have a mirror site or some kind of secondary site that runs when the main one crashes.

I thought so too, but they have been honest about that in the past and then set it up so they can add your IP to a white list. Have put up a substantial offer for basketball tonight that I am not sure if someone took before the site went down, so hoping it comes up again soon
